We hired them to remove a large tree grind the stump fill to mounding with black dirt. When I spoke to them on the phone to set the appointment they said they would finish in one-day payment was due when the job was finished. Yesterday was the day; I got home from work and the tree was down but the stump was there, black dirt was in our driveway, and their tools were in the yard. It was drizzling so I figured they were taking a break or were intending to finish the next day- no big deal to me. However, after 7 pm after dark when our house was dark quiet I was just getting our baby to sleep someone repeatedly rang our doorbell (this went on for approx 30 mins). I checked my phone to see if someone was calling there was nothing. I nearly called the police. Turns out the person so rudely harassing us at bedtime was them demanding payment for their half-finished job stating the stump grinder had broken. It was completely inappropriate to come knocking after dark, to ask for payment for a job they did not finish, and do not contact me by phone or text earlier in the day to let us know what was going on. The man was very angry. We pointed out that not only did he directly tell me the payment was not due until the job was finished it was also on our contract page from them. If my partner had not been home I would have called the police as I have a tiny infant it was very threatening to have someone show up unannounced at night repeatedly ringing our bell. Unprofessional alarming.

In the forty years I have lived in a wooded area I have had a lot of tree work done. I have never written a review before but I think Professional Lawn and Tree Service deserves a shout-out. The crew lived up to their companyâ s name. They were professional, skilled, efficient, easy to talk to, and very hard working. I was quite impressed. From my experience, I would give them an A+ rating.

A couple hundred dollars cheaper than other quotes I was given, but at the same time they did more work than I was expecting (a good thing!). Very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend this company

I got an estimate the same day and a few hours later an appointment for the next day. The storm had caused a 100 year old maple to break off at the top due to wood rot. At 7:30 they (6 men) arrived and within one hour had removed the debris, cut down the tree and removed even the small twigs. I would highly recommend this company.

Out of multiple bids, they were the lowest. They got me on the schedule, did the work on time, and everything was cleaned up after the tree was cut down. I would absolutely use them again

They knocked out two trees including stumps and surface roots in about three hours. It would have probably taken two if I didn t have so many surface running roots to grind. The crew was very efficient and had quality equipment. They did a fairly good cleanup job. Good value for the money.

They did an awesome job! We had two massive dead Ash trees in very difficult locations in our yard. They worked the entire day with barely a break to eat! We were so impressed and we will definitely call them again for any future needs!
