The amount of delay.on the new garage.doors was expected. The service man was well trained and not only did a install on 2 new garage doors, but also cleaned up old door debris. Overall job was well done

The technician came in for about 15 minutes and sprayed the door and rollers. He never adjusted the doors by opening and closing, he never gave me written estimate as was promised, I asked him THREE times what else do I need, he said everything was on the sheet. I had to literally beg him how were roller replacement . I asked him about single garage door making noise, he said I had to order the chain from the manufacturer. I am disabled. I needed someone to help but not here.so I paid $50 in cash just to have some use a $5 can of spray.NOT HAPPY

We were not aware there was any issue and therefore we immediately discussed his concerns. After we contacted him he explained what his expectations were, we apologized and we followed up with our team to ensure the best customer service possible moving forward. We offered discounted services and Mr. Avazpour thanked us for our time and follow up. Our company thought the matter resolved and a great learning opportunity for our team, unfortunately we received a second negative review after our follow up conversation. We are disappointed that our work to resolve the issue did not meet his expectations.

It was great. I called and they came the same same day. I thought I had a bad problem because the door was making a loud noise opening and closing. Jeremy adjusted the door and then proceeded to also ensure everything was oiled, etc. and now it closes asked opens perfectly with no obnoxious noise! Jeremy was very nice and respectful. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Excellent!!!
