Description of Work: I have been using another company for a number of years but when it came time to change out my air conditioning system I got a price from them and believed it was high. A friend recommend Polar Aire and I call them. They came out the next day and completely went through the system checking out our duct work and helped us select the right equitment for our home. We got a rebate from KCPL $650 and a $1500 tax credit. the Installers that came and put the system in were the best. The work looks wonderful. We will recommend Polar Aire to all our friends

+ -1 moreThe service technician was personable and thorough and willing to answer questions and provide helpful information. He was friendly and chatted while he worked. He arrived within 20 minutes of the promised time, the delay was due to being given the wrong house number, and he worked diligently and the price was very reasonable and competitive. I would and do recommend this company to everyone I know.
Description of Work: This was an annual check-up for the Heat Pump Air Conditioner. This company installed the unit for us in 2002 along with replacing our furnace. We have used them for years for this type of service and are very satisfied with the service, the customer satisfaction they provide, and the service technicians who come out to do the service. They try to send out technicians who have been there before to keep continuity, they are familiar with your location and units, and so you recognize them, which is nice too. Prices are reasonable and they really try to be sure you are pleased with their service. If not, they come back to get it right, at no cost to you, but that rarely happens.
