Through several emails and messages, we confirmed that we would meet on Friday, September 7 at 4PM at my address. He said he would take a look at what needed to be done and quote on the job. 4PM came and went. I sent several messages, but got no response. I never heard back from them. Not even to apologize and try to reschedule. I will never use this company. They were so unprofessional.

GFI's went rapidly and smoothly. Fan lights were a problem. They worked for a short time and then stopped. I believe the socket is worn out and needs to be replaced.

Very thorough technician who arrived on time and fixed my lights within about 45 minutes. Very satisfied! I used a $75 voucher from Angie's List which included the service call and repair.

Lance takes care all my electrical work for my home. He does outstanding work no matter how big or small the job is. I can always rely on the fact that he is going to do the highest quality of work possible. He is professional and very personable and so easy to work with. For an example, Lance responded to a request I made for work to be done before I had out of town guests arrive for Christmas. This was just the week before and Lance jumped immediately into the job and got the work done. He is extremely respectful of my home and we did not even know he was here doing work - he cleans up everyday after working. Lance's pricing is exceptional and I did research other electricians in the area. I would not even think of hiring another electrician and I have recommended him several people in the neighborhood.

Lance always offers suggestions and options and goes above and beyond the scope of the job. He can identify potential issues and address a solution immediately.
