It worked out great. They were very thorough, explained my options, and it was a quick, professional installation. Overall a good experience. It was one salesman initially for the quote. One installer came out to install the fence. Then the salesman and a trainer came back out on the follow up date. Installation was done in a 4 or 6 hour window and training was about a 2 hour training session. It's been great. It works great with our dog. We have a Golden Retriever. We figured it out really quick. They were conscious of our concern about shocking the dog. They did a great job explaining how the system works and how to train the dog to respect the fence. It was a great experience.

They were awesome. Our dog is 15 years old but was somehow still jumping our fence, so they arrived quickly and understood it was a safety issue. Their responsiveness was great.

The fence went in fine, but I am having trouble with the dog training. My lab learned quick but not my other dog. The company came out and did some adjustments and tried to do some training. Now my dogs will not go into the yard. The installation of the fence went great but the training didn't go well. There should be another type of training.

I really like him. I like his quick response. I think they are pretty expensive.

Excellent service. Roger (of Pet DeFence) contacted me within hours after my initial call to them to inquire of services. He came to our house within days of the initial call and the installation was completed within a week of my first call to them. Roger and his staff were very professional. They thoroughly explained the system they installed including its operation. Training of us to train the dogs was also thorough. System has been in place about a month and the dogs seem to be well trained to stay within the fence area.

The staff is amazing. I made the call last night around 6 pm, leaving a message for Roger, the owner of the company. He called me back at 7:30 am (I was still sleeping) and again at 12:30 pm (now awake but hadn't checked my messages yet) to let me know that his right hand man would be by my home in about an hour with my new collar and show me how it works. Both men were great! So professional, nice, and helpful...and fast! Great product but even better service. I highly recommend. :)

Pet Defence installed our system in October 2014. Amado does a great job on installation and Roger is excellent in training you and your dogs in using the system. The system has worked flawlessly since installation. When ATT cut our line Amado promptly repaired it. When lightning zapped the system, Pet Defence was promptly on the scene to get the system back in operation. If you are considering an underground fence for your pets, you should call Roger McCoy and get him to fix you up. You will be glad you did.

Very friendly when they arrived. Got right to work. Found & repaired an issue with my underground fence. It works better now than it ever has. I should have used them to install it in the first place.

Service was timely and quick. Fence installed and dog training happened in one week from first contact. Out dogs are doing better than we anticipated. We had to install the fence inside the our wooden fence to keep one dog from going over the fence and one dog from going under the fence.

I unexpectedly needed time sensitive service on my Pet DeFence and contacted Roger. Although this was my problem alone, Roger was able to work his schedule to be responsive. While I was lucky that this happened, it reminded me of the professionalism of Roger and his service that I first realized in 2010 (and that merits a comment in this forum). It is valued and appreciated by my family. Further, this professionalism is backed up by the quality of their product / service. After all we are putting electric shock collars on our beloved pets, so we need to count on the product working properly! And I trust Roger and his team to do that...and, in that regard, it would be worth a wait in the unlikely event I had to.

Done business with this company for over 16 years and they haven't missed a beat. Roger runs a customer focused company and knows how to keep peace between dog owners and the dogs they love. Great trainer too! Give this outfit 5 stars.

The entire project was done very professionally, absolutely no mess in the yard. Installer was great and took the time to answer all my questions. Training went just as well - she interacted extremely well with our dog and explained everything in a manner I could understand and explain to my family later on. Great job to Roger and his team.

It was a pleasure to work with Roger and his team. I recommend them to anyone needing an underground fence.

It went great. He worked with us on a few issues on the placement of the wires. We wanted as big of an area as possible and Roger told us our options and any issues with locating the wire where we wanted it. We had a complicated yard and he came to our house to walk the yard with us. He answered all questions. Roger claims that his training method differentiates him for others. I agree with him. It is a very methodical and step-by-step training that minimizes stress to the dogs.

Despite the rain, Armando, the installer still kept his appointment and installed the Hidden Fence. Took much care in looking @ the specifics of the property and checked over the utility markings to ensure they were correct and there were no other hidden lines not marked. Took care to work around our sprinkler system and landscape lighting as well. Provided options as to the location of the control devise that would be positioned inside the garage. On the day of the training, Roger was very thorough to ensure that we as the resident trainers for our puppy understood the process for training our dog to ensure he understood how our yard was a "safe" & happy location, but how to help him recognize the borders to stay within the area. Additional paperwork describing the "homework" or process to train our dog was helpful and thorough.
