Pet DeFence was very responsive and did exactly what they said they would do. Very good communicators. Price not the lowest but service is top drawer. Training program takes some work on pet owners part but is humane and effective. Well done program.

First, the technician, Amado, was very polite and easy to converse with. He could have just told me I needed a new transmitter and I wouldn't have been any wiser, but he didn't. He checked the system out and found it was a rather simple solution that he was able to fix pretty quickly. He was thorough in what he did AND I appreciated him explaining to this very non technical person what happened, how it works and how to keep it from happening in the future! I felt customer service and value were important to him, a rarity in todays world.

We've have had our fence for 4 years and it has worked perfectly thanks to the expert installation and training we received. Had to contact Roger to mark the fence due to upcoming cable trenching. Roger said give him a call when the time came and he'd get there as quick as possible. When I called Roger to let him know the utilities had been marked and cable folks could come anytime he was to our house within the hour. Awesome response. Would recommend this product to everyone as it works and knowing there is also excellent follow up if needed. Thank you Roger.

We had our Pet DeFence fence installed over 10 years ago for our 2 dogs. Still working great after all that time! Recently got a new puppy and called Roger to train her. This is a great company to work with...highly recommend!

Well- Thought the price for the second collar was excessive

Very responsive showed up the same day I called. The technician did excellent work and went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Pet Defence. But the work isn't cheap. However it is worth being able to keep our dogs in our yard without the expense and upkeep of a fence.

It always goes well whenever I call Pet DeFence. I rely heavily on our underground fence to keep my 2 Jack Russell terriers in the yard and Pet DeFence is always here usually within 24 hours or less. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else. Thanks Pet DeFence

This summer we had cable companies cut through the line 3 times and all 3 times Roger came out to repair it promptly. Also got a replacement collar, very reasonable too.

I just wrote a review and some how it showed the fee as 10000, that is incorrect. Roger is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Terrific customer service and so knowledgeable about dog training/behavior. Would definitely recommend.
