Description of Work: Armato came out to fix three cut areas of my fence that the cable contractor for Google had cut. He showed me where the places were and suggested I take pictures, and I'm so glad I did! The fence is working beautifully now. Thanks to them my dogs are staying the yard. Roger, the owner also helped me troubleshoot the problem on the phone and adjust the settings. Thank you to both! They did an excellent job! I highly recommend!

Description of Work: We moved into a house with an underground fence that was not working. We called Pet Defence to come take a look to see if it could be repaired. They confirmed that although it was a dated system it could be repaired and brought up to working order. Compared to installing a new system it was an easy choice. We also purchased the dog collar from them for around $300. They completed the work with minimal issues. After the fence was up and running Roger came out to go through the training procedure. It was quick, easy, and very effective. The entire experience was very good and I have no reservations about recommending Pet Defence to anyone. The best part was that they never put a hard sale on us to install a new system. They were honest and up front when informing us our current system could be repaired. I definitely appreciate the honesty when they knew we would have had a new system put in if the current one could not be repaired.

Installation was quick and went smoothly. Had issue with one place and the installer came out immediately and resolved the issue. We are happy but the best part is our dog is happy and doesn't leave the yard. Easy training for us and a very strong willed dog. Communication is great. Have been able to get Roger at a variety of times in the day and evening. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Great experience. We had some pretty specific requests about where we needed the fence installed. Everything was installed exactly how/where we wanted it. It only took a few hours to install. After installation, we were trained on how to work with our dog to make sure we got the maximum benefit. Roger was very easy to work with and left us with all the materials we needed to make sure we were able to continue to train our dog to use the fence. It made a huge difference. We would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

They also do dog training. He was very honest. He took a lot of precautions to make sure he didn't do damages to our yard. We added another dog so we needed to add another collar but the pricing seemed ok for what we were getting.

HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY AND PUT IN THE FENCE WHICH WAS GREAT. I HAD A WOOD FENCE INSTALLED ON A PORTION OF MY PROPERTY BY ANOTHER COMPANY AT A LATER DATE AND THEY CUT THROUGH THE WIRES. PET DEFENCE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND WERE ABLE TO SEE EXACTLY WHERE THE BREAKS WERE. THEY REPAIRED THE FENCE RIGHT THEN AND THERE. HE TRAINED MY DOG AND SHOWED ME HOW TO TRAIN IN A VERY HUMANE AND KIND WAY. WHENEVER I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, I CALLED THE OWNER AND HE WAS ABLE ANSWER ALL OF THEM. I WOULD GIVE ALL A+'S AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
