Description of Work: I called Overhead Door based on reputation and past use. The sales rep scheduled an appointment within days. The proposal was right on with our plans and installation was scheduled for four days later. We wanted two new high quality doors, new openers and hardware. The Installer arrived on time with all of our stuff. I thought that the job would too big for one guy but this guy knew what he was doing. Within five hours of non-stop work, the installation was complete. Cleanup and haul off included. I was impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship. The price was not cheap, but we got what we paid for. I would highly recommend these guys.

Description of Work: Replaced broken spring and other spring on garage door. Arrived as scheduled and completed work in a professional manner.

Description of Work: Garage door would not open either automatic nor manually. Overhead Door came out that day, checked the entire system, made some adjustments to the motor and springs and replaced some missing parts on the rollers and oiled them. Luckily we did not need to have the springs or motor replaced. The serviceman was very thorough, explained everything to me and got the door operating correctly. He was professional in all aspects and it was obvious he was well trained and skilled at his trade. I can now open the door with the automatic system or manually if need be. I would definitely recommend this company and I will certainly call them for any future garage door needs.

I was prepared to purchase a new garage door opener, but the serviceperson told me that even though the opener was old, it was still in good shape, and so I didn't make that purchase. He also oiled the garage door joints. Now the garage door sounds like it's brand new when it opens.

Description of Work: Realigned the garage door. Installed a key pad. Lubricated the door gave me direction as to other things needing to be done for a better seal. Works fine, very quiet when going up and down.
