Description of Work: I have Overhead Door come annually to do a maintenance check on my garage door opener and door. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgable, and dependable. This past checkup I needed a new cable on one side of the track for the garage door opener. The service provider checked everything thoroughly, oiled the parts and even replaced the batteries in my remote control and keyless entry pad. I've had people tell me how very quiet my garage door is opening and closing.

Description of Work: the installer was very knowledgeable about car door openers. he explained by options to me and then I made my decision. He also gave me detailed instructions on how to use the garage door opener and demonstrated how to use the manually pulley to open the door when the power is off, which I had to use this past sprint and early summer when KCMO those terrific storms in which I lost electrical power. overall good service.
