It started on time and was completed in a timely manner. The installer was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When the job was completed, operating instructions were demonstrated and questions answered. Documentation was provided. The day after installation, there was a malfunction of the door. The company responded promptly and corrected the problem. It has been working since the fix. I would recommend the Overhead Door Company to any one needed a garage door. I am thankful for the excellent service!

I would recommend them. They completed the repair in about a half hour. He cleaned up after himself very well.

Called OHD and scheduled them to fix on a Saturday. Tobin called 30 minutes before arriving which was great. He recommended upgrading all hardware for the door which was a much better value than just fixing the spring. Did it in 1.5 hr as he projected. He was very professional and curious. Door works much better than it has in years. Great Job!

Only hiccup in installation was handled very professionally by installers. Door manufacturer shorted them the bottom door seal, so they got on phone and got one delivered directly to the job site same day.

Fantastic. One small snag. One of the door panels was damaged so the installer marked it with a big X and said he would order a replacement panel. That was over four weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. other than the small snag, the entire process from initial sales contact to installation went extremely well.

They fixed my broken spring as expected. They did, however, try to upsell me on replacing both springs. So, one spring, expensive, two springs, less expensive. Approximately $15-30 more to have both replaced. I didn't really appreciate the "gamesmanship". I understand this to have been more of a corporate policy than an installer add-on, which is why I chose to call this out in my review. I'd have much rather seen a reasonable repair charge for the one spring, rather than the nominal up-charge to have both fixed.

After waiting for the door to be ordered, the wrong style arrived. Then upon reorder, they installed yet another style instead of the one we ordered. It had been such a hassle, and this one was not as bad, so we just kept it. Never again!!

Arrived on time. After fixing the problematic door, performed general service on both doors including identifying and replacing pulleys with bad bearings.

They diagnosed the problem, replaced a broken part and tuned up both my doors. Works great now.

Ordered a storm door in December. Door was incorrectly measured for first installation. Second installation the door was installed but the sweep wasn't put on and was ordered "on back order". It's now April and still no sweep. April. Ordered in December. Really? Only reason that Overhead Door doesn't get straight FFs is that I am hoping that Overhead Door finally comes through. Regret that I have already paid them in full.

The problem turned out to be minor but while he was here the tech cleaned and oiled the whole system and made sure all of the working parts were in good shape. I really appreciated this service because this was not what I had originally called them for. Of course, I will use them again. I have used Overhead door since 1989 and their customer service has always been great.
