Same day service! Gear/driver for chain to lift garage door was replaced quickly and checked. Also did a quick all-around check and lubed where necessary. Excellent!

I was disappointed! My garage door was not working. I suspect that the sensors were offline (the left one was yellow and the right one was green). I explained the issue to the operator on a Sunday to schedule a Monday visit. She indicated that it would cost $89.50 to show up and diagnose and $103 per hour for the work excluding parts ($192.50 total for a visit). I asked the operator how much the charge would be if correcting the issue would take less than 15 minutes. She indicated that I would be charged for the full hour ($103/hr). I later called and canceled the appointment because I could not reconcile pay nearly $200 dollars to fix a problem that potentially could have taken less than 15 minutes to diagnose and fix for a garage door opener that was less than a year old and cost $300. To be fair, the professionalism over the phone and the short turn-around to visit was excellent; however, the charges were cost prohibitive. To me, the cost seemed exorbitant!

I called Overhead Door around lunchtime, and by 2:30 my garage door was up and running again! The technician was awesome, and even took the time to rewire a switch I had installed wrong! Excellent service! We will definitely call them if we ever need garage door help in the future!

It went great, a technician showed up on time and performed in exceptional manner. Very professional and very fast.

The sales person was great, installers were great, the walnut finish on the door looked wonderful. Our only complaint was that the door had indentations on it, from when they applied the color with rollers. We are waiting for the new door to be installed, so kind of a bummer. Otherwise we love it it's very quiet.

They fixed the door quickly and it is working well.

Price was quoted on the phone which was nice because we knew ahead of time what we were able to do. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They were even able to come out same day which was great!

The original garage door did not work properly. I had a couple different companies come out to help me figure out what to do. Those companies said they could not help because of the way the door had been erected. Overhead company came out...came right out and said what the real problem was and although I had to replace the whole door with a smaller door and all the parts that go with it, I now have a working garage door again and we couldn’t be happier! These people know their business!

While they are definitely not the cheapest option we believe they are the best option. We got 3 bids and Overhead was the most expensive but also the most professional. They took a picture of the front of our house and then showed us how the different door options would look. They also recommended some black hardware which until I saw the picture of our house with their doors and hardware I would have never chosen. Would definitely recommend - they are a high quality company and I believe you get what you pay for.

Fine. They came on time and did it. Your question on: "Was money paid or services performed" make no sense. Sort of like : "Do you take your lunch or walk to school?" "Sometimes."

These folks are amazing. I had issues with my garage, they got me an appointment on the same day and were at my house within 2 hours of me calling. All repairs were done right away and quickly and the price was reasonable. i would definitely hire again!

Price was a tiny bit high but installation was excellent. Very knowledgeable technician.

The service representative was professional, helpful and worked efficiently to complete the job. My only issue was I was told the service person would arrive between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. At 2:00 I called and asked where the service person was. They indicated he was still finishing another job and that my job was next. At around 3:00 the service person arrived. It would have been nice for someone to call me and inform me that the service person was not going to meet the scheduled time frame.

Overall very well. Installer was friendly, professional and on time. Doors look and work great. Just a few small areas for improvement but I would likely hire them again. I'm a DIY person on a budget and they worked with me up front with an fair hourly labor rate estimate and reused existing track to save time and $. They also kindly added a mounting bracket for door opener. Minor negatives: I had to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule but I think that's just how things go during the busy season. I needed to adjust one door 1/8" to allow easy movement, and the installer left a few nuts and bolts laying around to pick up. No big deal for me but someone else might have difficulty.

Everything went well. They showed up at the appointment time and the work was completed in a quick and efficient manner. Everything was done correctly and they tested everything and showed me how to work everything.

My wife and I agreed on a new garage door based on the picture shown to us by the sales person. Waited six weeks to hear it had arrived(we were told it would take six weeks to get the door at ordering time), we were not told it would take another two weeks to assemble the door for a total of 8 weeks. Door arrives to be installed, incorrect colors, chips on the door staple holes all over the door. Did not accept the door. Sent it back cancelled the order. Will not do business with OHD again. $500 was the deposit for the door. OHD offered to order a new door, we did not want to wait another 6-8.

I was impressed with Overhead Door Company from start to finish. I loved the ease of the online scheduling and the fact that the technician gave me a 30 minute warning as to his arrival, allowing me to stay at work up until I was needed at home. The technician was extremely polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up the area thoroughly when finished; there wasn't any evidence that anyone had even been there!

Our garage door failed on a Sat. AM with a ton of family in town. Called about noon. great to have same day service. They gave a 4 hour window and arrived in the last hour. We have an annual program with them which provides a discount when repairs are needed. Fast, courteous. would not want to do this job myself.
