Went very well.
Description of Work: Assed current garage door opener problems. Tried to fix, came back out and installed new garage door opener. Gave us a credit towards new opener in the amount of the initial fix attempt cost.

he installer didn't show up at 2PM
Description of Work: We were having trouble with the performance of the door due to a bad circuit board. We elected to replace the entire unit due to the better features of a new unit. The installation was scheduled for a time between 10AM and 2PM. There was some sort of a hang up and the installer hadn't shown up by 2PM. I called customer service and between the way I was handled by them and the job that we received from the installer I am happy to rate then as an "A".I was pleased with the final result and the installer couldn't have been more gracious.

Fabulous customer service.
Description of Work: I got a new remote from Superior (they were listed as a dealer for Genie - my model) It did not work. Superior could not figure out why - said I needed to get a new circuit board. I have had lots of good dealings w/ Overhead door, so I decided to give them a call. Dustin in parts worked with me until we got it working!! He was sooo nice and professional - I was a little frustrated when I called. He went through several steps that the other company did not. He called 2 different technicians - and found out that the year I had (1997) was a unique year and the remote I had should work - but only with one of the 3 buttons available. Weird - but it worked!! He is fabulous!! I will never go to another place again. These guys are the real deal. They know their stuff and do the job right!

True professionals!
Description of Work: My garage door was falling apart. It is oversized, uneven along the bottom, and needed to match an older one next to it. They took the time to measure accurately, find a good match, explain the small differences. The scribe along the bottom to fit the floor is perfect. Installation was on time and very smooth. They also replaced just the bottom 2 panels on the other door as they were rotting as well. there was no high pressure to sell me on more products or higher end.

Description of Work: My garage door (car) opener wasn't working. I went to their office at 7005 W. 152nd Terr. intending to replace it (I knew the battery was good). Dustin said to reset the motor first and told me how. When I got home, I still had to call him once more for advice. The reset was successful and Dustin saved me bucks which I really appreciate.

Great!
Description of Work: Door tune-up service. It is best to prevent problems and when the opener became louder each month, I knew it was time for a service call. The serviceman, Jordan, arrived on time. He asked what my concerns were, what I wanted to get done and went right to work. He explained each step and made suggestions while he inspected the door and the opener. I have years of observing airline mechanics work on my aircraft and this fellow took the same systematic method of trouble shooting and them repairing. The job was quickly done, in a professional manner and with a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: WE MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE THAT HAD A NUMBER KEY PAD FOR THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THE GUY WHO ANSWERED ASKED ME SEVERAL QUESTIONS FIRST AND THEN EXPLAINED WHAT I COULD DO TO SEE IF I COULD FIX IT MYSELF, WHICH WORKED. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT HE SAVED US THE COST OF A SERVICE CALL.
