Description of Work: My heater was not starting on a Saturday morning so I call One Hour Heating and someone answered immediately. They were very professional and literally with almost one hour someone was out. They technician was very professional and diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, the part wasn't in stock so he had to come back out on Monday but the unit has worked great since!

Description of Work: Our furnance wasn't working. Service man looked at furnance & stated it needed a thermal cupal, upon further investigation he found inside walls were also beginning to crack. He gave an estimate & stated they would apply the service fee toward the amount. Because of finantial issues have not had fixed. We used heaters all winter. Service man was very polite & thorough. Estimate was about $2000 to 3000 more than others, But would probrably use again.

 + -1 moreI AM A PLAN SERVICE CUSTOMER, SO THEY RESPONDED TO MY NEED WITHIN TWO HOURS. MY HOUSE WAS VERY COLD. THE TECHNICIANS WERE POLITE AND EXPLAINED THINGS IN A WAY I UNDERSTOOD. I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THE FURNACE HAD ONLY BEEN PUT IN 8 YEARS PRIOR. THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME A PART HAS STOPPED WORKING. I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE UNITS THEY SELL, BUT THEY HAVE ALWAYS PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BUT WOULD BUY A DIFFERENT SYSTEM.
