They did excellent work ... I would absolutely use them again. They moved my entire house, to include an offsite storage unit. Unfortunately, do to 'my' time restrictions, they didn't have time to physically come to my home and estimate the hours/cost for the move ... my description, while accurate/ish, was far enough off and since they didn't know about the small and slow elevator ... the time estimated was off by more than 3 times the amount. However, the money was well spent. They did a wonderful job. They called in reinforcements, when they recognized the time issue.

Very well. Would highly recommend. Moved approximately 7k pounds of furniture and boxes 18 miles. Showed up at 8:30 and were done by 3pm. Very careful of walls, etc when moving out of house and into new house.

Wilson Moving Co. damaged $406.00 in personnel property,$400.00 in damaged walls for a total of $806.00. Wilson Moving Co. paid us a total of $15. Lesson learned, customer beware!

Moved our 3 br, 2 bathroom house (1500 sq ft) from Overland Park to Olathe. They were to show up at 8 on Saturday morning and were there at 7:55. My coupon had a three hour window. The big truck and 3 men crew had me all moved in just over 2 hours. Nothing damaged and very professional (asked me if it was on to enter parts of my house where my wife and son were, several times). Nothing scuffed or damaged and had racks for all my clothes. Could not have asked for better service.

These guys are great! I was hesitant at first because they did not respond to the first 3 emails I sent to them (the emails provided in the offer was a personal one, not a company one). But when I called them, they were very professional and able to meet my schedule needs. The team that showed up was fabulous -- 3 young guys who worked hard, but had a good time. They took great care of my things. I paid for a deal for 3 guys for 3 hours, and they worked quickly and did not take unnecessary breaks. It was quite enough time to get everything moved, but they spelled out the rate for additional work in advance, and I felt it was fair. I have recommended them to several friends.

The movers were extremely polite and considerate, making sure I was satisfied with the care they took with everything that was loaded. Their knowledge and expertise in loading the truck was well worth the deal. Thank you so much!

Had a 3-person crew and they did a great job assisting us with our move. They had to move quite a few larger and heavy pieces of furniture and did a very excellent job every step of the way.

Got estimate from Matt. Crew came on time. Move took almost 5 - 6 hours. Looks like everything went well. After 2,3 weeks, when we checked our 80" TV, its LCD had damaged. They didn't pack the TV at all and kept next to sofa. Looks like TV got jerk from sofa bang on it. Upper glass doesn't seems to have much damage but inside almost 30% LCD is gone. I have to throw that TV now. I called Matt, he kept promising someone from claim department will come and take a look. He kept promising for more than month but no one called.

Overall it went well. The coupon was enough for packing up the truck so we paid for unloading.

The 2 guys were fantastic. They showed up on time. Worked quickly & where very organized.

Services took longer than expected. A few items were damaged/nicked. The office staff and team were very professional.

Came out within a few days of request for a walk through estimate and remained flexible when our moving date changed. Crew arrived on time and took extra precautions to protect our house and belongings with card board and blankets on floors, walls, and doors. It was close to 100 degrees with high humidity but the guys pressed through taking minimal breaks and a short lunch. They brought extra-large boxes to pack some of the large difficult to pack items. Nothing but professional and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We hired this company to move us. They packed all of our belongings and loaded them, then unloaded at our new home. The people that packed the items did a fine job. However when the guys that loaded the stuff came they did not take great care of our furniture. The main complaint we have is that they damaged our refridgerator that was less than a year old. when it arrived at our new home it was scratched and dented on all 4 sides, but worse on the 2 sides where the dolly was. They did not pad the dolly and when they were taking it out of the home my husband told them to remove the doors and they did not. They damaged our front door getting it out. We had other items damaged and broken which is to be expected when you move, but the fridge was ridiculous and the owners will not own up to it. They will not take responsibility. They also did not unload one of our ladders and we have just gotten a check to go buy a new one which they did not even know was still on the truck until we called. they were unwilling to admit that they were negligent with the fridge and only gave us $180 for it. We did not expect to be compensated fully for it but expected a fair settlement. Very disappointed

The provider was professional, quick and careful with all of our items. They didn't waste any time and took special care not to damage anything. I was very impressed with how hard and fast they worked, while still being careful and cautious.

We had a move from KC to Wichita of a four bedroom house. The price was the best of the four companies we had quotes from and the guys that did the work were fantastic. We ended up not being able to move into our house right away and had to put all of our belongings in the garage. They organized the garage perfectly so we had access to items that we did not anticipate needing when we packed. I could not be happier with the service that was provided.

I can't say enough positive things about the team of 4 guys that moved us. They were courteous, professional, and easy to work with. The guys were strong and helped us out. I highly recommend them!

All in all it wasn't a bad, just at the end they did not finish.

Hold on to your stuff and don't use this company! On the route from the old residence to the new the movers disappeared for about an hour. When they finally showed up they claimed they stopped for lunch and apologized for not telling me ahead of time. I was annoyed but didn't worry because they were a reputable company according to AL. To make a long story short when I finally unpacked (it took a while because I moved into a fixer-upper) I started discovering items were missing. In all, thousands of dollars worth of my possessions and many irreplaceable items are now gone. I called the company but all they would say is that they would check the lost and found and have not returned subsequent phone calls. This company either directly stole from me or negligently let my possessions be stolen while they stopped for an unscheduled lunch. I have filed a report with the Overland Park, KS police department. Please contact them if you have had a similar experience.

Matt worked with us on the time as we had some last minute issues that caused us to have to postpone the move a few hours. The guys worked fast and got us moved in the 3 hours we had budgeted. Price is competitive, workers were solid, and Matt demonstrated flexibility which is why I'll be using NL Wilson in the future and referring them to other people as well.

Movers were late arriving, but were polite and worked quickly. I was told the cost was $160/hour with a 2-hour minimum and a $75 fuel charge. The move lasted precisely 2 hours and 10 minutes (we timed them). I expected to be charged $395 but was charged $635 or $240 more! I immediately called Theresa (salesperson I set the move up with) and she agreed that I had been overcharged and she would get a refund issued. Since that time, all calls and emails to Theresa have been ignored. Finally spoke to John Wilson on 10/20/15 and he assured me it would be taken care of. On 10/26/15 I spoke to the owner and was told they would charge me $80 for that 10 minutes of work but they would refund $160 and that someone would call me to issue that refund. To date, I have not received my refund.

Movers were polite and careful. No problems of anykind.
