Description of Work: The move went well. Timely, professional. I had a couple of items get nicked up as often happens in a move. They agreed to fix the items. My only complaint is that it took quite a while to take care of that issue and I had to call back several times. However, they ultimately took care of everything and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: This was the best moving company I've had to date, and I've had several. They arrived a few minutes early and were very professional and efficient. They had some special equipment to aid in moving furniture and boxes that previous movers did not seem to have. I would highly recommend N L Wilson & Sons.

Description of Work: I was told that our boxes and furniture would be stored in their warehouse in Lenexa. Instead they were stored in a building out in Paola, ks. When we moved into our house after having our things stored for 4 months we had a lot of damage. Many boxes had gotten wet and bugs had gotten into them. I had to launder every piece of bedding, towels, all kitchen utensils, dishes etc. A handmade 5 x 7 rug was ruined. Furniture was scratched. A teak armchair that was part of my kitchen set disappeared. They paid me for the rug, and never responded on the missing chair. Don't ever use this company.

Description of Work: We moved from an apartment into a house. Two minor delays slowed the process, the weather and the moving truck was snagged by a tree limb. The employees worked very hard and did a good job.

Description of Work: Moved furniture from one house to another and helped move furniture for the house that was receiving the furniture before moving the new furniture in. They did a great job.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend NL Wilson for moving services. They were very professional and moved the contents of my house without damaging a single thing. They showed up on time and worked very efficiently while taking proper care of my belongings. One of the gentlemen even helped me open an antique armoir that I hadn't been able to open for years! I would and have recommended them to friends and family. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Great experience!!

Description of Work: Moved the contents of my home to a new home. Even made a stop at another location where I had some furniture stored. The crew was very punctual, polite and friendly, and took great care of my belongings. They worked quickly, but took the time to make sure items were placed where I wanted them. Great experience, and fair price.

As a sign of their professionalism, they made sure we did a walk through to see if all met our satisfaction. The team leaders made it a point to shake our hands at the end of each day & thanked us for letting them work for us. Overall, a good culmination to a very stressful time.
