The movers arrived about 20 minutes late but did call to let us know they were arriving late. There were plenty of men who were able to make short work of our move! Seven men were there when it started which included a supervisor who made sure that everything was in order and that everyone understood their jobs. When he left, we saw no change in quality and two other men took over as the "leads" that we could talk with if necessary. Our teenage daughter was able to coordinate where boxes went in our new house and the men listened to her directions. This allowed my husband and I to get other work done. We were so impressed with how they listened to her and treated all of us with respect. They did have an oil leak on one of the trucks, which they didn't know about beforehand. They made sure that the truck didn't drip on the new driveway and the company went over later that week to take care of the mess on the old driveway. I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness when I did contact them over the oil. Good experience and would definitely use again!

Moved from one apartment to another. Pretty much right on time and had to carry furniture from 3rd floor down to truck. Very nice people who worked for 4+ hours nonstop. Took apart bed and dresser without hesitation or complaints. Were very careful with all items and made sure the doors were wrapped for protection from scuffs. Did everything we asked them to do and made sure they put everything exactly where we wanted in the new apartment. Highly recommended.

The staff that worked was professional and worked hard to get everything packed and tight in the container. The container is being shipped to Hawaii, so will know at the end of the month if the packing was done well. But would definitely recommend the company and hire again.

We purchased a new home about six miles away and I decided that I didn't want to move the heavy stuff myself. Based on Angie's List reviews I contacted R.L. Wilson Moving for an estimate. Theresa came to my house for the estimate. I told her I would like an estimate to move all my furniture, washer, dryer, two refrigerators, a freezer and about eight heavy woodworking tools. The estimate was for $733.00 which included four movers, the truck, insurance, pads, etc... I hired them to move us on June 24th. It was the best money I've ever spent. My friends and relatives, and my back was also very happy. The movers actually arrived about thirty minutes early and began work. It was a very hot day and they worked hard. They protected floors and doors and stair railing. They were slowed down moving the freezer and tools out of the lower level through a narrow door. It took them about an extra hour to make the move but there was no extra charge. Overall they did an excellent job under Mike's direction. Anything that was needed to be taken apart was, then was put back together at the new home. They positioned the furniture wherever we asked them to in the house. After they were finished they asked us to do a final walk though and asked if there was anything we wanted moved to a different location. The only negatives was a small dent in the refrigerator and a couple of rubs on doors, but nothing that I felt I needed to make an issue about. The price was very reasonable and I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a mover.

The crew showed up early and ready to work. They were clean, well mannered, and corteous. They treated and moved all furnishings in a manner that impressed. They worked quickly, did not have to be told what to do, and effieciently loaded up all items. At the unload point they also quickly unloaded and positioned the furnishings and boxes so that they could be easily reached. At both places, great care was taken to protect interior walls with heavy padded corner protectors. A nice touch that I'm sure saved them time in additional to protecting vulnerable spots from both wall damage and furniture damage. I will definately use them again.

This is the third time I have used them and once again, they were professional, courteous, quick, and careful. Highly recommend.

We had a representative from the company come give us a bid, she was professional and complete. We had a lot of unknown variables with the timing if we were getting in are new home or for sure what date we were moving because of that. From the time we had the bid we had family come over to help us sort through items and had a roll out dumpster brought in to down size and kept N L Wilson moving informed of the reduction and the anticipated move in date. On the day of the move they called and told us they would be late and arrived around 45 minutes after expected. They brought a smaller truck instead of the longbed trailer and 3 men instead of 5, the mover that appeared in charge said a fourth mover would be coming and we asked if he thought that was needed and we told them if they thought it would help them get done to have the other mover show up, I guess the other mover did not show up. They filled the truck and we still had a considerable amount of items left so my husband filled his truck and trailer and also had started to help move earlier in the day just so we could get done. My husband along with help from family then had to go back to the home we sold after unloading at the new home and get another full load, we did not get moved in till after 1:00 AM. It was a nightmare and made the moving into our new house an unpleasant experience. I have waited to write my review to see if they made a follow-up call or apologized for the problems but have not heard from them. They also broke a few items ( not valuable) and marred a couple of places on the walls.

They did an excellent job. They were very good. Excellent customer service. They worked together very well as a team. They did whatever they could to get the job done. They were courteous from start to finish.

I was really in a time crunch and they worked with me to get the job done the day after I called. It was a small job but handled very well. Great communication, did exactly what they said they would do, everyone I had contact with was very professional. I hate having to do stuff like this but was very satisfied with the entire experience. I would recommend without hesitation. Thank all =)

Contacted NL Wilson (Matt Drier) for initial on-site estimate. Matt showed up on time. He reviewed all house contents and discussed the move process, estimate process (takes about 24 hours), what to expect, when,.... Very professional and friendly with a great attitude. Estimate came in middle of the road with other movers, however based on Angies list recommendations and Matts professionalism I picked NL Wilson. Other companies provided estimates from 2 people for 6 hours, to 6 people for 9 hours. NL estimate was 7 hours, two trucks, five people. They were spot on. They arrived 10 minutes early, quickly went through the house identifying the order to move and pointing out any issues (open boxes,...). All five individuals were exceptional. No breakage of anything, no scratches on the furniture or the houses. They took great care to keep the new carpet clean and all corners in the pathway padded. All had a great attitude. They went to work right away and just kept working. The job in 6.5 hours total time and slightly better that the original estimate. Exceptional service, exceptional staff, exceptional results. I would use them again, anytime....

How did it go? In a word...FANTASTIC!!! I must say that I have moved a lot of times in my life and never before have I experienced the professionalism, friendliness, and quality of this move! They did not bump one doorjamb, run into any walls, or put scratches and scrapes on anything! We had 4 men performing the service. All were dressed alike in the company uniform, all were clean cut and all were well spoken! It appeared that they could not to enough to please us and anything we asked was done with a smile and a pleasant "yes, or, sure we can do that for you." They even did a few extras and did not charge us for it. We have 2 more moves since we are consolidating households and we will definitely use this company!!! Bravo, NL Wilson Moving and Transfer.......you get 5 stars in our book!!!

They did a good job moving a few items that I had needed moved to a property a block away. They were nice guys and would use them again.

NL Wilson responded immediately to my email inquiry, and I was able to work the entire deal through email. Super friendly office staff! They had some of the least-expensive prices, but, because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List, I wasn't afraid to use them. They gave me the "$299 for 3 hours" deal from Angie's List and provided free wardrobe boxes the day of the move. My move ended up taking 4 hours, but the extra hour was a very good price. These guys were great: super friendly, incredibly careful, funny and hard workers! Not a single piece of property was damaged in the slightest. They even hooked up my washer and dryer for me. I'd use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Everything was fine. A couple of items got left on the truck, but they fixed and returned the ones that were broken. It was expensive. Actually, they were probably in line with everybody else. They were actually a little bit cheaper than the other two quotes we had; they were the lowest. I thought the driver did a really good job. He just took care of everything once we got moved in. He moved some items around for us after we moved. He was very reliable and professional.

The driver arrived about 30 minutes later than originally scheduled, but they called to inform us as to why. The late start wasn't an issue. They began packing and within 5 hours had our old home packed and ready to go. They laid down paper and packed our big items carefully to protect the home for the new buyer and us. The movers started unloading the truck at the new house around 3 pm and finished at 10 pm. It took longer to unload because of furniture set-up and placement of boxes in varous rooms and storage areas. The crews worked very hard and wanted to insure we were happy with their services They took their time and great effort to put my office desk into a room but the desk was to big. The thing about this is they just didn't try it oncebut several and this desk was very heavy to lift. My wife and oldest daugther were the supervisors in-charge and they told me what a wonderful job the men did and how hard they worked. Bottom line is that we had a great move and no damage to any furniture. The cost was very reasonable from our point of view and we will gladly recommend them to everyone that is looking for good mover.

Love this company and their people. I have used them many times over the years. They do what they say they will do and are delightful in the process. They are full time movers, their people are trained and professional. They are thoughtful and careful with my things. If there is ever a problem, they address it immediately and positively. I was referred to them by a builder who has used them for years to move furnishings in and out of model homes. They have a long history of dependable performance. I can highly recommend them. The crew was extremely professional and handled the piano with care. They arrived on time and worked efficiently.

They are professional, ontime, friendly and take precautions to protect the home and the items being moved. We have found that it is more affordable to allow professional movers to take care of our items in transit, or even around the house. They know what they are doing, how to move big items without damaging the trim/floors, or your back, neck, shoulders, etc. Bids are competetive. Response is quick. Customer service is excellent. We will definitely use them again.

The crew did a very nice job. They were prompt and paid special attention to doorways and walls so that the furniture and walls did not get damaged. They worked quickly and efficiently. We used them for moving the large items such as: washer, dryer, bedroom sets, couches, refrigerators, freezers, armoire, desks, etc. They were scheduled for 6 + hours, but it only took 4. They charged me only for the 4 hours. The crew were polite, helpful, and very funny. Only 1 incident with the furniture happened, but the piece was not damaged (nor the crewman). To be honest, that piece of furniture was so large, awkward, and heavy that when we bought it, the delivery guys who were carrying it fell under it too! I was very impressed and would be happy to use them again.

Very well, they showed up right on time and helped me get through the storage unit gate when the code failed to work :) Got the stuff out of my house I didn't want and moved the right stuff in, then took the old items straight to Goodwill for the end of the tax year. Very personable but professional guys! I really appreciated their help while the winter weather was hitting!

They showed up on time, loaded thier truck, drove to our new house and unloaded our stuff. We had stuff packed and labeled so 95% of stuff ended up in correct location. Nothing got broken or disappeared. They were cordial.

They were excellent. They were great people. They did a very good job. I really did not have any complaints at all. Their price was very reasonable. I rate them high overall and will use them again. Usually movers break something, but these guys did not break anything.

We had a small job and were concerned about finding someone to move our large furniture. On the phone we got the impression that no job was to small and they would be happy to help. We were given a price on the phone a 2 hour window for arrival and work time. It was a two person crew, they were courteous and careful with our furniture. On the move back into place they helped but the furniture pads on and made sure the items ware in just the right place before they left. Price was exactly as quoted.

They were excellent. They were careful with everything and they were punctual. We were just impressed with them. It ended up taking them longer than what they had said, but they didn?t charge us extra. Their price was average. We got several estimates and they were probably more reasonable than the others.
