Description of Work: We had our sprinkler system winterized at the end of November, 2012. The price quoted over the phone was $10 per active head, but I was charged for all heads in the end. Quite frankly, they are in line with most out there price wise, but the dishonesty gets them a D rating in my book. As well, unless you call and tell them you don't want to be on their "list," you are auto- enrolled in their program.

+ 0 moreExcellent. All of the personnel I dealt with from the landscape designer, irrigation manager, and the crew were good to work with. They were professional and I was extremely pleased with all phases of their work and their workmanship. The condition of a magnolia tree that was planted in October 2009 appeared to be having problems after the hard winter and the company came out, looked at it and had a representative from another company that specializes in trees come out at no charge and examine it. With some additional watering the tree survived and looks great. They honored their guarantees and also replaced a couple of plants that did not survive the winter.
Description of Work: The company prepared a landscape design last year for my whole yard. I had them complete work in part of the backyard and front yard in the fall of 2009 including a wall in a berm area that surrounded a new magnolia tree, maiden grass and other plants. In the summer of 2010 I decided to put in a sprinkler system and then complete landscaping on the sides of the house and another part of the backyard.

+ -1 moreThey are very friendly and the person on the phone is exceptionally responsive and helpful. They do a pretty good job, but we decided to mow our own lawn, because they use the mowers that you stand on and they do it so quickly the yard always looked somewhat torn up after they finished mowing. They also would mow even if the grass was wet, and that made it even worse. Someone else I know uses them and pays extra for them to hand mow and she says her lawn looks great. Now that we hand mow our yard it looks good, but we aren't willing to pay extra to have them do that.
Description of Work: I used to use them to mow my lawn weekly and now I just use them to fertilize and treat my lawn.

I wanted low maintenance landscaping put in and they did exactly what I told them to do. I am in real estate and I have referred them to clients.
