+ -1 moreThe original problem was fixed, but they actually introduced a huge new problem where everyone who called me heard major feedback (their own voice projected back to them) the entire conversation. Now I have to send my phone in for repair again. The technician who called me to confirm the original problem was nice and professional which is why I still rate the overall experience as fair, but a better job should have been done to test out the fix and make sure that it was completed correctly and didn't introduce new issues.
Description of Work: n making a claim for the SquareTrade warranty on my phone, I was told to send the phone into them. The original problem that I had was that the microphone on my phone was not working (when on a call, the other party on the call could not hear me).

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They do really good work and they are very reasonable. They were very fast. They checked the computer and diagnosed it. They did the work very quickly and very efficiently and I thought they were very upfront. They were very reasonable and didn't overcharge or up-sell anything to me. Their price was a lot less than going to the apple store where they don't do everything. I've used them twice before and I use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Mission Repair to repair my computer. They specialize in apple computer repairs and I had my hard drive repaired by them. I'm sure they also do I-phones and I-pads.

+ -1 moreMy MacBook Pro screen repair was prompt, professional, and painless. The estimate was on-the-money and the entire process from estimate to receipt of the repaired computer took less than a week. Fortunately, I already had an appropriate shipping box in which to ship my MacBook.

Description of Work: In March, 2011, my IPod died. I found Mission Repair on the Internet and send it to them. They fixed the problem and installed a new battery. They did their work immediately and returned it via FED EX. Last week it died again and could not be restored. It is 4 years old but I decided to send it to Mission Repair anyway. They found it needed a new hard drive and installed it for free since I had already spent $60 in March. They paid to return it FED EX. What a great company with real people you can speak to.

Description of Work: Ordered a computer online, VERY rapid turnaround. Then, several conversations with sales and repair folks, each one of them OUTSTANDINGLY helpful and cheerful (did not make me feel bad about messing up my home computer repair). Then, sent my computer via to them. Unbelievably fast phone report of what I had messed up, cost of repair, unit was sent via FedEx back to me the very same day. BEST service I have EVER SEEN from ANY company. Thumbs up!!!
