+ -1 moreWe have a service agreement with them, so it's like I think $220 a year for them to come and inspect and perform maintenance. They come in January and then over the Summer. I would say A across the board on all the categories. I can't really compare on price because I haven't used anyone in this area ever, so I have no comparison point to refer to.
Description of Work: This was for a regular maintenance check. They clean everything and do general maintenance.

+ -1 moreMike put in my new AC unit outside of what MOST people would consider "normal" work hours and did not charge me extra for it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. His advice was spot-on with the information I was able to dig up on the internet on the topics of which we spoke. I HIGHLY recommend!
Description of Work: Mike was able to keep my old AC unit running for a few days beyond it's failure point, which was particularly appreciated as it happened (of course) during the hottest week of the year. He also installed a replacement unit.

Description of Work: Mike found the shorted wiring in the A/C in minutes. A mouse had eaten the wires and shorted out a capacitor and that stopped the A/C from cooling. Mike had the parts in his truck and fixed the issue in a few minutes. He then added Freon to the A/C and that costs the most. Oh, the mouse paid with his life.
