 + -1 moreBadly. I was initially told it would take about 3 weeks to get the materials. It took almost 10 months. Very poor responsiveness. When the wrong item came in, and had to be reordered, it always took several more months. This happened several times. The last items I ordered from them, that I was going to pay extra for, were supposed to be here in a week or 10 days, and several months later, they were not here. I finally gave up, and went elsewhere for the rest of my services. Extremely poor service. I would never use McCray for anything again.
Description of Work: I used the Kansas City, KS location. McCray provided 3 new exterior doors and door hardware for our home. They referred me to door installers to do the installation.

 + -1 moreWe built a house and installed Andersen Doors based on the builder's recommendation. Despite being one of the first things we picked, mistakes were aboundant. More than 3 months after doors were installed they are still not adjusted not completed (not closing properly, locks missing). Despite reiterated calls, solution has not been provided by McCray. I would never buy anything from McCray again.
