I wanted a mower that had not been unboxed, however, Lowe's thought it would be unlikely to get a new one unboxed. There were 3 units; one inside and 2 outside. I looked at all 3 and pointed out the one that I did not want as it had scratches on the hood. The next day, Sunday, I worked and my wife received the mower and the delivery person said the mower had just been unboxed. When the mower was delivered it would not start (as the key had been left on), the right front tire was low, and we received the unit with the scratches on the hood. The person delivering the mower said the battery could not be returned by the customer as that would cost the customer $30 but they would make arrangements to bring out a new battery (the delivery manager then called back on Tuesday wanting to know if I needed a new battery, however, I had charged the battery and it seemed to work). I aired the tire up, however, the next day, Monday, the tire was flat again. I called Lowe's and was told they would fix the tire and to bring it in on my next day off. I also mentioned that the mower was delivered with 21.5 hours (first service is at 25 hours per the manual) on the hour meter and was informed that was not unusual. After this assurance, I mowed the grass and found that the deck was a little over a 1/2 inch out of level. I removed the front wheel and took the wheel and tire back to Lowe's for the repair. Lowe's had pulled a generic tire and wheel off the shelf for the replacement which was a different color and did not have the ability to be greased. I then had to wait an 75 minutes while Lowe's figured out what to do because I did not want to have fix-a-flat in the tire. Also, the person in customer service said the mowers are received with no time on the hour meter, that the key is placed in the mower at Lowe's and that children like to turn on the key which allows the hour meter to add time. What started as enjoyable event (buying a new riding mower), moved from disappointing and finally to absolute aggravation. Worst of all I drive 100 feet from a Home Depot twice a day but drive 30 minutes round trip to Lowe's because I had always liked Lowe's better. During the process, the managers would not talk on the phone but in the background and even though there were several issues, it seemed it wasn't really all that bad since it was just a mower.

Everything went as promised. Both Lowes and Top Master were easy to work with. Prompt, professional work.

They were very good at communicating. They had to do some measurements before the installation. They followed up well after the installation and they got everything done in a reasonable time.

They didn't do what they said they would do as far as calling me and making the process go as quickly as possible. I have to call them and follow up with them because it required an outside contractor through them and it was an unfortunate series of events that kinda backed up on one another because of other things that followed the installation of the water softener so I wasn't too happy with them. I would use them again probably not for plumbing although he did very fair because they hire other contractors and the contractor actually came and did the work, he was really terrific and did everything he said he's going to do on time and professionally.

The sales manager and manager were good. When they first came, 2 of the people were rude and obnoxious. However, when I was getting ready to get them to come and pick up the stuff, 2 other people came that weren't like that.

I have bought several appliances from Lowes. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer free delivery, usually within a day or two. Hands down the best place to purchase appliances.

They had to come twice to our location. Intially the door was in bad shape and the installation was in bad shape. Finally, the door would not lock and we had to return it. They reimbursed us and that was fine, but the installation service was not good. they have room for improvement in the quality of their work. They did a good job of responded and following up with us everyday.

They removed the old toilet and installed a new one. My experience with them was great. They called us on the day they said they would. They also came on time. It may be kind off hard to find people in Lowe’s to help you, but the person who came to our house to do the job was very helpful. He helped us to get all the parts that we needed. The plumber who came in to execute the plumbing work came on time. He was friendly and did a great job. He did not charge anything and everything worked out great.

Everything was as you would expect from a Lowes. They loaded the washing machine up. They offered delivery and installation, but we needed it that day so we took a trailer up there and got it ourselves because it would have been another day to get it.

They came when they said they would and were very nice while they were in my home. I would likely use them again if I needed to.

Yen in the fashion bath department went above and beyond to help us find and order the bypass shower door. She spent about 45 minutes discussing our bathroom remodel. She researched four different doors on the spot, found us a good quality, reasonably priced door - and saved us $200. She's friendly and full of very helpful advice.

HAD TO ORDER CARPET AND THERE WAS A SEVERAL WEEK WAIT, BUT INSTALLATION WAS DONE WELL AND QUICKLY.

LOWE'S WAS IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH OUR BLINDS.

THEY PRICE MATCHED A COMPETITOR AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY DELIVERED MY APPLIANCES AND INSTALLED THEM ALSO. THIS WAS AN OVERALL EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

CARPET WAS INSTALLED ON NEW BASEMENT AT A GOOD PRICE, BUT CARPET HAS BUCKLED AND STAINED. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT.
