The worker was blowing leaves away from the fence of my next-door neighbor and entered my gated back yard without even attempting to ask me or to see if I was home. That, in itself, isn't the main issue. He then proceeded to leave the gate open while he was in my yard. If I had let my dog out, the dog could have easily gotten out of the yard, as I had no reason to believe the gate was open nor that someone was trespassing in my back yard. In addition, he also stomped through my flower beds. Once I noticed he was there, I went outside and approached him, saying I hoped he was not stepping on the flowers coming up. He said he was careful not to step on any. I also confronted him about entering my yard without asking me. He said he didn't think anyone was home during the work day. He had not even checked though, had not come to my door. Funny that he knew his customer (my neighbor) was home, but he assumed no one was home at my house. I also looked after he left my yard and noted that he had, in fact, stepped on my flowers, breaking off several stems. Bottom line: The lack of professionalism, trespassing and stepping on my flowers is inexcusable in my books. There are plenty of lawn care providers in the area, so I am hopeful others may consider this experience and select other companies with whom to do business.

I spent $27 on their services. They do good work at a reasonable price. I will use them again in the future.
