Jennifer and her team just finished painting our house and we couldn't be more pleased. We got 4 bids and picked Lathian Painting for their promise they were not done until we were 100% satisfied. We did what we could to cut back and remove landscaping because we know if you can't get to it, you can't paint it. The crew worked through the heat and long days, they were respect and polite. We fed them water and iced towels, we belive that karma goes a long way. In the end the company did everything they promised for a reasonable price and superior quality work. 5 stars.

Jennifer and Jesse made the process extremely simple. Did my initial walk through with Jennifer to go over the job scope and point out repairs. She was able to give me a quote the next day, flexible timing on me picking out the paint colors and even came in a little under budget. Jesse's work is outstanding, he was able to fix all the small odds and ends along with the smoke damage. The inside looks like new. He also went a little above and beyond with some extra paint and did all of the doors for me as well. I had a very tight timetable and they completed the job on-time and even came back to do some minor touch-ups after my final walk through with Jennifer. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and have to say that my experience was great. They showed up on time, hit ever single spot and repair, also came in a little under budget. Very transparent process, I was given receipts for all materials and labor was agreed upon before work started. I highly recommend Lathian Painting Company, very reliable and dependable.

Jennifer and Patrick were great! When they came over to look at what I wanted, they found a couple of things that really needed to be done that I had not noticed. On the last day, Jennifer was there to make sure the painting was exactly what I wanted, she was more particular about things than I was. I would definitely have them come back and do any paint job I might have!

I had a hard deadline to have painting done before I moved into my new home. Lathian had it completed and the house looks awesome. The company was easy to work with and the painters were amazing. I will contact them again when I finish the basement.

This was the first time I used Angie's list and I requested bids from the four companies that were recommended. Jennifer from Lathian Painting arrived promptly that day to review the project and provide a bid. The job was scheduled that week and the painters arrived on time to scrape, sand prime and paint. The clean up was thorough, and the completed job was well done. They are a professional and friendly bunch. I would highly recommend.

Excellent. I have an old home in Hyde Park that is three stories high. Not an easy home to paint, and Lathian did a great job. They are punctual, fast, and do quality work at a very fair price.

I own an old Kansas City shirtwaist home in midtown. It’s a beautiful home, but it is dated. The ceilings were stained and the wall paint dull. Our doors and trim looked awful with staining and smudging from wear over the years. I knew that if we tried to paint it ourselves, it wouldn’t turn out looking how we were hoping. Needless to say I am so pleased with the professional team at Lathian! The crew was friendly and the project manager was very prompt in addressing any concerns we had. They stayed in touch with my husband and I throughout the process. Our home went through some bold changes. We had a color consultation with the crew, who assured us that the colors were a great choice. And they were right! We love how bright and clean our home looks now. Plus the hard working group cleaned up after themselves each night and left our house looking great. I highly recommend them to anyone needing interior painting.

It went extremely well!! They were well prepared and organized prior to starting the job and were extremely efficient while they were in our home. They painted the entire main floor including trim and wood paneling as well the walls. There was great communication throughout the project and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality painting!!
