What they did clean they did a very nice job. However, I am not sure if it is Angie's list or the cleaning company, but what was in the offer was not what was performed. It listed up to 6 hours of cleaning and a list of services such as cleaning the fridge, washing and changing linens etc and none of that was performed. Again, what they did do, they did well, but it was more of an overpriced basic house cleaning vs. a "full" house cleaning that we thought we were purchasing. We were hoping they would do the things that don't get done on a regular basis.

Impressed with the communication and response from Deal via email. They were very flexible getting us in so quickly too, but I wish we would have met in person prior to scheduling the service to clarify the details. House was empty and we requested cleaning before moving in. I could tell they cleaned the sinks and vacuumed. However, all of the ceiling fans were not dusted (step ladder height) and the top of the refrigerator remained with a layer of dust. Seemed liked we didn't quite get a thorough cleaning for the price paid.

Wow! Thought I would give myself a gift and have my kitchen and bathroom cleaned by someone else. I was so impressed by Owner Sara and her employee who scrubbed and polished their hearts out. My kitchen and bathroom looked great. Sara gave me some cleaning tips to use in the future. I have a rather clean home however, as we all know, over time stuff builds up! I appreciate Sara and her crew so much! Thanks to them!!!

It went great. Came home to a clean house which met all of our expectations and more. We will use them again.

We had them out to get his house ready to sell. The women that came to clean were friendly and kind. We felt completely comfortable to have them come into my father's home and clean for him. They did a beautiful job. The house was sparkling and smelled wonderful. My father was very pleased with their work also. Do not hesitate to hire this company. Prompt and professional but the cleaning was very cursory. Not sure if they were hurried or what but cleaning was not thorough.

We found this service ( owned by Sarah Hernandez) on Angie's List and chose it based on reviews. We didn't opt for a coupon special but contacted Sarah to come over and give us an estimate based on the size of our home and what we needed. She was very professional and had several options she discussed with us. After that discussion we chose a service price and schedule that was very suited to us. Sarah and one of her staff did the initial cleaning (complete house top to bottom) yesterday. My husband and I did other activities and came home and sat in lawn chairs outside while they finished (about 2 1/2 hours total time). I felt pretty decadent doing that. I walked in to an amazingly clean smell and a spotless house. Sarah stayed around while I walked around and inspected everything. When I remarked at how wonderful everything looked, she beamed. It's quite obvious that she takes pride in the work her company does. I'm still taking delight in noticing things that were done, even today. The baseboards gleam. The kitchen counter tops are so shiny they reflect what's on them. The blinds are dust free. I can't find a thing wrong. And, as a fun touch, they made paper roses with the ends of the toilet paper rolls so there were pretty little flowers on all the rolls. My husband suggested we stay in a hotel for a few days so we didn't mess up our lovely new digs. We have used other services in the past, almost all the chain names in KC, and had to give them up because we were disappointed. We couldn't be more pleased with La Bella.

As mentioned above - they really did a great job!

The only complaint I have is the cost. For two women for one hour, I paid for a coupon of $149. The wording was misleading as I thought I had two women for two hours. I could have paid another cleaning service that I have used in the past for two women for four hours for a price of $150. I believe that I got totally ripped off.

She was very friendly and professional. Her staff does not speak English so that was a bit of a challenge but overall quality work.

We are pleased with LaBella and do plan to use them again. I am disabled and told Sara she did not have to do anything in my room but clean the blinds. I have a large china cabinet plus 4 wall shelves where I keep my collection of ¨Charming Tales" cute mice. Sara stopped and dusted every shelf and replaced my collection, then dusted all the tables and dresser in my room. What a kind gesture. Much more comfortable in a thoroughly cleaned room!! Sara and her help are very polite and friendly.They obviously take their work very seriously.

Sara and her team were on time, very professional. They did a great job on the house! I will be using them as my regular service.

Three words I would use to describe La Bella Housecleaning: professional, trustworthy, hard-working. Sarah is very nice and courteous and will always keep in contact with you over text message with any updates in time, schedule, etc. I never have to worry about a thing. Sarah and her crew clean my small house with care and I will use no other service from now on. You will not regret hiring La Bella Housecleaning!

I had originally contacted Sara back in November 2014. She lived about 5 minutes away from my apartment complex so she came over one evening and gave me the price of how much it would cost. Ideally, I wanted to start bi-monthly service but due to a couple of surgeries I had, I wasn't able to. However, when I moved out of my apartment, she honored the original $75 she quoted me in November and still stated it would still be that amount. The two ladies that were with her did not speak English to my knowledge which is kind of a pet peeve with me personally but as long as Sara is there herself, I wouldn't have an issue. She was able to go outside the scope of work for me and clean the dishes in the sink for me and laid them out to try. She had to charge a little bit extra because my roommate's bathroom was disgusting but I was OK with that because I knew it was pretty bad. Once my medical expenses settle down a bit, I plan to use Sara and her crew at my new place - a 2 bed/1 bath basement apartment.

Showed up on time - Three workers started right away and worked continuously for two and a half hours! Very thorough, professional, and hard-working! This is the second time I have use La Bella and I highly recommend, and will definitely use in the future!

They were extremely efficient and on time. We have a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home which they cleaned in 3.5 hours.

They are wonderful! Have great attention to detail and very clean.

WOW WOW WOW, why did I not hire La Bella sooner?? I have never seen my bathrooms and kitchen so sparkling!!!! I can't wait for them to come again. Absolutely worth it - they got things that I thought were beyond saving.

I used an Angie's List deal for two hours worth of cleaning for $99.00. I am more than pleased. The cleaning ladies were prompt, professional, and hard working. They cleaned everything that I asked them to clean and I think they even stayed a little bit over their hour to make sure they left the house the way they thought it needed to be.
