I called Sara after I saw her reviews on Angie's list. I wasn't interested in a big cleaning company with rotating cleaners. Sara was very responsive and came out that day to see our house. I wanted a deep clean the following week because my parents were coming into town. She was very professional and asked questions as we walked around the house. She was able to schedule a cleaning the day before they arrived which was perfect. There was a group of five who spent a lot of time in each room deep cleaning. After that, I knew I wanted to have Sara clean every other week. She and her crew have been coming for a few months and it is great. They do a very good job and it seems as if they rotate things they focus on which I like. She has been very good about coming on the day I want which I appreciate. I haven't had to talk to her about anything they've missed but I feel comfortable enough that she would be very open to any feedback. It is such a great feeling having someone clean so I don't have to spend my weekends doing it. I would highly recommend Sara and her ladies and I plan on keeping them! If anything changes with their quality of work, I will update my post. So far we are very happy with her!

I was looking forward to service from Sara & Antonia since those were the people mentioned in many positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, however, as Allisella and Paula did a really great job. They spent a lot of time on the bathrooms (3 of them), but they probably needed it; Alisella and Paula cleaned in places I did not know could be cleaned. They also cleaned the Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Family Room and were able to dust in the Dining Room. Nice job ladies!

I bought the "Big Deal" for my parents as my mother is in her mid-80's and a thorough house cleaning is getting harder to do on her own. Sara and her partner arrived (within 5 minutes of our appointment time) and after a brief tour of the house, they got right to work. Although my parents house is rather small (approx.. 1300 square feet) Sara and her associate were hard at work for nearly 2 full hours. They did everything that my parents and I were hoping for, and more. When they left, everything was clean and shining. Mom and Dad were extremely pleased and plan on using La Bella on a recurring basis to clean their house.

They brought in their own supplies including a vacuum and did it all very quickly and thoroughly! I'd have them again! Karen

It was fantastic. They arrived on time with supplies in hand and went to work like they'd been to my home before. They were so professional and had special touches like like a 5 Star hotel.

They were absolutely fantastic and did a wonderful job. They were prompt, did exactly what they said they would and did everything we wanted. They did a move out clean for our old home and the people that bought the home from us even called to complement how clean it was! I would highly recommend them.

It went fine. They sent 3 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 45 minutes.

To sum it up at the beginning, Sara and Antonia were both amazing. I hired these two for two hours, as I was injured and was planning on hosting a party the next day. I hoped and expected that they'd be able to clean the guest bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the other areas in my house that were used for hosting. They did all this (thoroughly) and managed to get the master bedroom/bathroom, basement, basement bathroom as well, and they also dusted shades and cleaned windows (which I honestly didn't even think of). If I need to hire cleaners again, these two will certainly be the first that I go to, and I'll be recommending the same to others.

Sara was in contact with me right away to schedule an appointment. She was able to come to my home at a time I chose. She and her helper showed up early and got started right away. They brought all of their own supplies and did a fantastic job! They cleaned the bathrooms from top to bottom, dusted and vacuumed the entire house (including upholstery), shined the stainless steel, mopped tile and hardwoods, and even wiped down the doors and dusted blinds! They work quickly but efficiently. They were in and out in less than 2.5 hours, and my house is almost 3,000 sq ft. I would recommend La Bella to anyone needing that deep clean every once in a while (or more often). I'll be using La Bella at least monthly to keep my house looking fabulous!

I bought Angie's List "Big Deal" for a whole-house cleaning. It was extremely easy to schedule a time and they were available when I needed the work done. Sara and her helper arrived exactly when scheduled and had everything necessary with them. I explained which areas (such as storage) to skip and which to clean. They set right to work and were very friendly and efficient. When they finished, Sara made sure that I looked over everything which they had done to be certain that I was pleased. They seemed to take pride in what they did, and were eager to please.

There were two workers here that did not seem to know what they were doing. I figured they would take out trash, move things and clean under them. I paid $200 for them to barely clean my floors and to clear some cobwebs. The floors were still dirty and things were dusty. I twas a terrible disappointment.

They were scheduled to start at 8 and they arrived promptly at 8, ready to go to work. We went through what I needed done. They went to work immediately and worked hard for 3 hours. They were very thorough and the house looks great. Everything was cleaned: bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, family room, steps, everything. I cannot write enough good things about them. If I was still going to be in the area, I would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the second time I have used Sara's services, and I will definitely continue using her on a regular basis. She works with one or two other women, and they did an amazing job cleaning our house. They arrived on time, went to work immediately, and they were finished in two hours. They don't just perform the basic house cleaning tasks, they do the "deep cleaning" jobs that our house badly needed, and when they finished, the house smelled so clean and it looks so much better. The tile in the shower of our master bath looks practically new! Also, her fee is very reasonable. We are very happy with her work, and I am sure you will be too!

I began with another cleaning company and was not happy- found Sara with La Bella House cleaning and have been very happy.

Sara is always interested in performing her housecleaning services with detail and cooperation. She offers to assist with additional services and is genuinely concerned about the cleanliness and appearance of our home.

They do an excellent and professional job. They perform beyond my expectations. If you have extra work, they do it as well. She helps my mom as well. She speaks English so she’s not hard to understand. She is very thorough. She brings her own materials. She does a good job and does it timely. I would highly recommend her.
