They came at the agreed time and got the work done. There were some issues with the work, but they came back and fixed it and now it looks great. I would definitely call them again for other projects.

Luis is very good at explaining everything, how much it cost and how long does it takes. He make sures that when job is done everything is clean. When he finished the job, he walked me trough every detail. I will definitely recommend this company.

NEVER hire this company! I contracted to have a garage drywalled, ceiling textured and ready to paint. They were also to clean roofing debris and insulation out of my attic. They were punctual is the only positive thing I can say. They put 3 holes in my ceiling which they repaired but left the attic a total mess. Insulation was not cleaned out and they even broke apart the vent pipe from my furnace/hot water heater. There is a loose wire that I have no idea what it went to. Not a word said to me about any of the above, I got to discover this after they left. Job was not finished. The garage has a 2x4 section of drywall that they did not do. They did no clean up and the walls were not anywhere close to ready to paint. They actually left over 20 bags of trash that Luis refused to haul away. Worst contractor I have ever worked with. I've worked with several contractors over the years. The best one retired and the drywall guys I've used before are now commercial and too busy. So, I thought I would give Home Advisor a shot, Big Mistake. Luis talked a good game but delivered on nothing. I cannot stress enough to anyone looking for a contractor to steer away from King Construction.

On time, on budget, courteous, clean and did a fantastic Jobe on our drywall project finishing areas of our basement.

Everything was great! I didn't care for one of the workers leaving cigarette butter all over our driveway. The project was done well though.

Luis was very good to work with. His crew for each portion of the job was on time and worked steadily. Each crew had a specialty of dry wall, electrical, painting and trim carpenter work. My office came out spectactular and I would highly recommend King Construction. It was a great value and increased the value of my home

Forgot he scheduled me then sent a couple of people from another job that tried to rush through the job. Job not done right but told them I was done.

Incredible company. Their quote was thousands less than the other 3 companies I got a quote from and they could start within days. They started when they said they would and actually finished the work half a day early and the finished product is gorgeous (a new home gym)!

I texted Luis some photos of the hole in my ceiling, and he quickly got me an estimate. He and his guys were able to come within just a few days. They were on time, and it took exactly 2 hours to complete - exactly as estimated. The crew put plastic protection on the floor, and draped the area off from the ceiling around the area that they were repairing. They were quick and clean. Most importantly, you can't even tell where the hole was in the ceiling. They patched the drywall well and nearly perfectly matched the "popcorn" texture on the ceiling. They used an industrial machine to spray the texture - NOT just a $10 can from Home Depot. It was done correctly. I'd highly recommend them to do any drywall work!

Luis's crew came on time and prepped the area with proper drop cloths and completed the job in a very reasonable time. I'm writing this only one day after completion but so far results were very good. Had the King Construction team repair 7 separate drywall cracks and a nail pop and all of the work was well done, they cleaned up the areas afterward and have emphasized their intent to stand by their work. I feel comfortable working with this contractor.

Painted our kitchen cabinets the wrong color! Initially, the white they painted seemed to lo light so they kindly offered to repaint it. Well, now that they repainted it. It appears that the initial color was actually correct! This color is too yellow. If not for young kids in the house Iâ d ask them to come back and repaint it as intended. Hopefully no one notices besides my husband and myself. Disappointed

On time (early), start date was prompt on time again, done quickly, very professional. Reasonable pricing.

Luis is very nice and really wants to make the customers happy. The crew works very hard and knows what they are doing. My only issue was the mess that was left. I suppose it is unavoidable and they tried very hard to tape and tarp everything off, there was still a bunch of overspray and splatters on the floor and furniture to clean up. All in all, I was very happy and would hire them back again in a heartbeat. They do a very nice job.

Luis recommended a knockdown finish because my unpainted sheetrock was stained and uneven. Iâ m so glad I accepted his advice as my garage looks so much better now. I almos wish I had time to paint it. ð Luis and his crew were quick, too, as well as careful of built-ins in my garage. They finished an untaped garage, complete with knockdown finish, in just a day. Great job, guys!
