Luis responded immediately to my posting of my job, and came and gave me his bid the same day! Out of a concern for a quality job, we delayed the work until the weather ensured ideal application and drying conditions. Once begun, the work was done carefully and quickly, and clean-up was complete. I am most satisfied with the finished project, and I not only would hire King Constructions again, but would also recommend them highly!

Needed a bathroom ceiling dry walled quickly. They responded immediately, started work the 2nd business day and finished the it in one day with excellent quality at a fair price.

It was a small job but Luis was very personable and professional. He explained what they would do. The work crew did a good job. We are pleased and would hire King construction again.

Workers were always on time and very polite. They cleaned up and put plastic over everything to eliminate as much dust as possible.

We had several leaks from our master bathroom go through our living room ceiling. The previous owners failed to seal the grout. I had 3 bids and king construction was 1/2 the price of the other contractors. Very responsive and easy to work with. The ceiling now looks flawless! Plus they completely cleaned up their mess and worked on the ceiling while we were on vacation so the fumes didn't bother our 2 month old. Highly recommend them!!

We hired King Construction to re-stain our deck and replace some warped boards. Luis was easy to work with. He stopped by to evaluate and give us as estimate. As weather permitted, they completed the work in a timely manner. They didn't get rid of the older boards that were warped, but the scope wasn't discussed, so wouldn't hold it against them. Overall was content and would consider using them again on other projects.
