Luis and his team have been WONDERFUL to work with. Every aspect has been much better than ever expected and they are VERY affordable. Luis does a great job communicating via phone to let you know the details and scheduling of the project. His crew is friendly and very efficient. I've already recommended King Construction to at least 10 people and will continue to do so. I HIGHLY recommend and will continue to hire them for future projects.

Luis was on time and great to work with. His employee did most of the work but he did a good job. They painted window sills and out side risers on steps. Power washed deck, steps and patio. I never give a 5 rating because there is always room for improvement.

Luis was on time for our first appointment and gave me a very good, fair bid for bathroom walls and damaged calling . The workmen did a great job the next day and cleaned up when they were finished. Will call them again..

Lewis and his team did an awesome job! There was an awful crack in my ceiling resulting into a horrible uneven gap. Lewis knew just what to do. He was fair in the estimate and told me exactly what his team would do. His team was on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Lewis came the following day to ensure I was pleased. I've already hired him for my next project!

Project - power wash mold and green slime from garage side and shutters. This was result of shrubs growing to close to these surfaces. Luis Contreras did an incredible (almost miraculous job of removing the stains, the vines growing up the side of garage and the white shutters look like new!. Absolutely fabulous!

Louis was a god send. Not only did he engage our project immediately, but he also helped us solve other problems beyond the one we presented him with. He was solution oriented and supplied a series of solutions at a great value. He is our goto guy moving forward. Period.

Luis really bailed me out. I was needing to finish the ceiling out in my basement so we could put our house on the market. He called me the morning I requested a quote and showed up that day to look over the project. He called me the next morning with his number which was right in the ballpark of what I was wanting to spend. Luis showed up with his crew the next Monday to begin work. They showed up on time every morning and were very nice people. Luis gave me his opinion on some minor things he wanted to change on the project so it was done "right" he didn't charge me extra even though it ended up being more work for him. He truly cares about his work and the customer being happy with the end result. Luis told me he would finish the project in 8 days which was far better than anyone else had come back with. Not only did he hit that mark, but beat it by 2 days. I couldn't believe all the work he got done in 6 days, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I'll never hire anyone else besides Luis again when it comes to my projects around my house.

One for my home and hotel, these guys did both! I would recommend them.
