Jorge Jimenez Drywall

Jorge is an excellent worker. Punctual, clean...a real craftsman who takes pride in his work. I can recommend his services without reservation and I would hire him again.

I used Angie´s List to find a someone to replace the drywall, and found Jorge Jimenez. I called Jorge and the next morning he visited me to bid the job. He arrived to do the work on the agreed day with two others: Abel and Orlando. Abel used stilts to work on the ceiling and Orlando helped him. Jorge, Abel, and Orlando worked very efficiently together. Jorge and his crew were very careful not to make a mess and they did their best to protect the surroundings. In addition to the agreed work, Jorge was able to accommodate me by adding an electrical outlet while the ceiling was open when the old was removed and before the new was installed. I am happy with their work. They were both careful and neat. No doubt, I will call Jorge again.

Jorge showed up the very next day I made contact with him. He called, and let me know the progress of the job. His work was very clean and professional. I also had him give me an estimate on some tile for the Kitchen/Dinning room and his price was perfect. I will definitely use him again for upcoming projects.

Jorge and his crew did great! The sheetrock, mudding and knockdown looked very good. They also painted, reinstalled baseboard, rehung a door and access panel. All were done to my satisfaction. I would hire them again. FYI I told them I would have the room prepped and would take care of clean-up. I had the carpet taped around the edges with paper and then plastic taped to that. I spent quite a bit of time doing this as well as clean up in between their work. Drywall is MESSY!!!! I can't vouch for how they would deal with this aspect of the job because I did it myself and I'm glad I did.

Really great. Jorge came out quickly to get me a bid and was able to schedule the work very soon. They finished up ahead of schedule and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Jorge and his team were courteous, worked efficiently, and completed the job in less time than originally quoted or expected. There was great care in covering the flooring and creating an enclosed work space in order to limit dust and debris. Upon completion they removed all remaining materials and vacuumed all work areas. We definitely intend to hire Jorge for any future repairs we may need.

Jorge was professional and very nice, he did a great job, the ceilings look great! He was clean and worked fast! He was priced very competitively and the final product looked great. Very happy and would you use again for any other related work.

Excellent service. Jorge was able to come out the day I called and do the work. He and his associate were very professional and did not leave any mess. He matched the texture of the ceiling so you could not detect the patch work. I would highly recommend this business.

Great, Jorge was punctual, professional, and great to work with. Able did an amazing job with making the walls look brand new again, and Orlando did a quick and professional job painting. I could not be happier and will use them again.

Jorge worked with one other gentleman over the course of two days. They were on-time each day and were very careful to keep the mess made by doing such work to a minimum. They had everything taped up and sealed off to ensure our floors and carpet remained clean and the dust was contained. We were very impressed by their careful attention to detail. This attention to detail really comes across in the work that he does. In our dining room, Jorge recreated the vaulted ceiling and did an excellent job on the angles. This, along with the knock down texture, looks amazing! In addition, he took the time to add some insulation to a section of ceiling that would be hard to reach from the attic. In one of our bedrooms, I had forgotten to point out a section in the closet that needed repaired. Jorge fixed this at no additional charge. His outstanding work, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile were very much appreciated. I wish my experience with other contractors was as pleasant as working with Jorge. He's a true professional and when he says he knows what he's doing, he means it! We were so impressed with quality of his work, I can't recommend him highly enough! He'll be the first call we make for any other drywall needs.

I was pleased by how quickly and yet neatly Jorge did the repairs. He really knew what he was doing. Jorge knocked off some from the price since I agreeded I would do the sanding. He cleaned up the area also.

Jorge did a great job. Had to work around some water pipes, furnace duct work, and other obstacles. Inside quality finish on joints for what was not a living area. Floated and painted it. He worked on the times we scheduled and finished quickly.

Wow! Jorge is a true craftsman at his job. Because of a water leak we had to removed damage drywall in the kitchen. It looked like a disaster until Jorge came and fixed it all. He replaced the drywall added and fixed existing popcorn celling. He did a great job. My husband was so impressed with Jorge's quality of work that we have plans to bring him back to do some more work in the kitchen. Jorge was easy to work with, responsible, respectful and takes great pride on doing a great job. He completed the work in a very timely matter without compromising quality. If you are planning to do a remodel or need construction type work done in your home and business I have 3 words for you MUST HIRE JORGE!

Jorge did a great job! I previously had popcorn removed and knock-down put up in other rooms by a different provider, and it didn't turn out well at all. I showed Jorge what they had done and he assured me he would get the job done right. He was true to his word and my ceiling looks fantastic! In addition to doing excellent work, Jorge also happens to be a very nice person who I felt comfortable having in my house. I will definitely hire him again.

We had Juan Mata and his crew (including Jorge) remove popcorn ceilings throughout our main floor. They created smooth ceilings and it went great! I called Juan about the repair problem we needed addressed and he sent Jorge over the next morning. Jorge accessed the issue and immediately had a solution which he did. His work was beautifully done. Thank you Jorge!! I would definitely call Jorge again!

The paint didn't cover real well after the first coat because of the raw wood, but Jorge came back one evening the following week & used a roller & his own paint & gave the whole thing another coat & now it looks great! He did not charge us anything for the return visit & was just a great guy to business with. We highly recommend him!

Jorge's work was more professional than I could have imagined. His finished project is actually a work of art, completed to perfection. I was so pleased with his work that I have had him back two more times, once to install a pull down stairs to our attic, and again to install a ceiling fan and wiring on our cathedral ceiling. After telling our son and a neighbor about his work quality, and superb work ethic, they have had Jorge complete projects for them, including building a theatre room, and painting. I can't praise the work quality enough! I have already scheduled him for more projects, finishing the remainder of our basement, and remodeling a bathroom. Jorge has his craft perfected, he is a pleasure to work with, he has a very strong work ethic, and his price is very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

He is excellent. He's very truthful, honest, and you can leave the door open without having to worry about anything. He has a can-do attitude and is an all around great handyman. July, 2015 Jorge continues to assist me in many projects and is always dedicated to doing a thorough, professional job in the least amount of time. He is knowledgeable in many areas. I consider Jorge a life saver when it comes to knowing who to call! If he doesn't do it, or hasn't the time, he can recommend others for you. A super nice family man with a lovely family!

He came a week ago and submitted a bid. I picked him out of other bids since he looks like a nice guy and was punctural. We agreed on the price and date to start. He didn't show up on the day he's supposed to start. After I contacted him he told that he couldn't do it because he is busy. What?? He just did a final walk through 3 days ago. Where is your professionalism? Don't use him.
