The work was done very efficiently with an amazing lack of disruption to the household. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up each evening allowing us to be able to let our pets outside without concern as to what they might get into. The roof job itself looks amazing and they even went the extra step of painting my furnace flue to match! As the roof replacement was not a planned expense it took me a while to get things in order to proceed and Kevin and his crew (Mike is awesome!) went out of their way to address my immediate need of sealing a leak that had appeared in an upstairs bedroom to help avoid additional interior damage while I was waiting.

Job was performed as requested. Had to wait a few weeks in order to get job done but I believe this was due to large amount of work needed in area because of recent storms.

Perfectly-Jo Co Guttering worked with me on my painters schedule issues due to weather and started and finished the job the day after painting was complete. Please note if price seems high that I went from 3x5 system to a 4x6 system with debris screens.

They came out, provided a bid that I did not have to be present for and answered all questions I had over the phone before work was done. They came out and did the work while we were on vacation and everything went according to plan and they completely fixed the problems with our gutters. the pricing was very reasonable.

They turned out to be a real flop. They are kind of a shady operation, all I have is a box office address for them. They charged me extra stuff after he had started the job. They quality of work was there but the shady way he did it was not good.

We are very happy with our new gutter system. Kevin explained everything that would need to be done to fix everything. We had A LOT of wood rot and repair work done. Hard to spend so much money on house repairs, but we now have more peace of mind.

Johnson County Guttering installed new seamless gutters for me. Their price was well below their competitors, and the work was done within a week of accepting their bid. Their workers were very professional, and completed the job (including clean up) within a couple of hours.

Despite calling numerous times, I never got a single phone call back.

After acceptance of bid it took about 3-4 weeks for them to come out and replace our gutters. This was as expected as the owner said this was the case with their schedule and Fall is a busy time of year. I had my appointment pushed out from Friday to Monday and then finally to Tuesday as they didn't seem to get as much done as they'd like. I received a phone call the morning of and was asked if it was OK if they came out to do the gutters that day. I was lucky in that I work from home so it was no big deal, but I could see this being frustrating for some if you wanted to be home, which is not required. I did want to be home for this and I'm happy that I was. When they pulled down my old gutters they found that the wood was not painted behind the gutters so I added the fascia painting to the scope. I'm not mad about this as this probably was the smartest decision in the grand scheme to make sure my house looked fresh but it did add an extra $300. I also had to clarify some work with them while at home so again, I was glad I was there. The workers were also supposed to have repaired some additional wood rot spots, however they did not have that type of wood with them and it ended up being a separate thing to have someone come out and bid for, which is a little frustrating as based on previous conversations with the owner this was supposed to be done that day. Overall though, I'm happy with the work and everything looks great, especially the painted fascia so that was well worth the extra money. I received multiple bids from various companies and while they were not the lowest, they were also not the highest and I think the quality is excellent.

The patiently waited while we finished our painting and repairs to install new gutters and downspouts. Never pressured, always asked if anything else was needed. Very professional across the board. The installer, Mike, gave me the impression that he is only capable of delivering quality work. It is probably second nature to him with all of his years of experience.

Went very well. The workmen were quick and efficient. The work looks very nice and they cleaned up well when they were finished.

They didn't let me know when they were coming and emailed me a quote for my gutters. I didn't need any gutter work done. After they left, one of my gutters was no longer attached to my house, they knocked it loose while they were inspecting the gutters, which again didn't need to be looked at. They didn't even look at the leak in my roof.

After tree limbs fell on house, there was extensive gutter damage as well as damage to vinyl trim around bay windows. They did a great job of getting out soon and making the necessary repairs, and Kevin Lutz did a nice job of communicating and explaining the various issues and options. Everything looks good as new.

The work was performed exactly as stated on the initial written proposal and in subsequent discussions with the provider. The replacement shingles match the surrounding shingles perfectly. The provider completed the work promptly and left the area clean and clear of debris. We have previously used this provider for gutter cleaning and replacement and repair. Based upon their excellent record of service, we will use them for more of their services in the future.

The estimate did not address my specific situation whatsoever, it really appeared to be a canned response which gave very general hourly pricing and materials costing information. They totally failed to address how they would complete the repair nor a range of possible cost. The contract they asked me to sign and return to them was totally open ended and did not specify any particular work to be accomplished or problem to be solved. If I signed this contract I could have been charged for over $1000 for what appears to me to be a simple repair under $100. I'm still in disbelief over the whole thing and wonder if I misled them in some way. I guess my job must have been too small for them to be very interested in and I get that, but it would have been nice if they just said up front they weren't interested and saved me several days of lost time trying to find a contractor.

We talked to 3 or 4 different companies before we chose these guys to install gutter guards on our house. We have a 2+ story house. Some of our gutters are really high off the ground. We were a little surprised there was only one employee assigned to do the whole job -- but it turned out that was all that was needed. He worked super fast and knew just what to do, and he didn't need someone to "hold the ladder" for him -- like I would have! He was extremely polite and professional and cleaned up after himself. We were invoiced for the exact amount that had been agreed upon -- no hidden charges or surprises. And the gutter guards look and work great. We would highly recommend this company.
