Description of Work: Corey came out and promptly and professionly fixed our stove. It had a shorted wire. He also took a look at a fridge issue we were having and fixed that as well. Overall a very good experiance.

Description of Work: Corey arrived on the date and time he stated and pinpointed the problem with the kitchenaid undercounter ice machine in less than 30 minutes. A part had to be ordered and he was back the next day with the pump and installed it. Ice maker is working fine now. He also looked at my gas dryer due to having to run clothes thru twice to get them dry and gave me a solution to the problem. Great experience compared to other appliance repair companies

Description of Work: We had a power surge damage to one of the electronic board of our refrigerator, so the light and control lights were out. I called this company and they came out the next day. The part costed $109 (I checked online, some people said if you ordered it by yourself and put it in, the part could cost $150). He made two trips, one for diagnostic, the next day he came back with the part and fixed the problem. He charged me total of $198 ($216 with tax), the part included. Very professional, and service is quick and the price is reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO REPAIR THE MACHINE WAS VERY NICE; PROFESSIONAL AND MADE NOT BONES ABOUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE AND MADE HIS RECOMMENDATION. BASED ON THE PROBLEM AND HIS RECOMMENDATION, HE SAID HE COULD NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING AND FEEL RIGHT ABOUT IT. I FELT THIS WAS MORE THAN FAIR AS I THOUGHT FOR SURE I'D BE FACING A BIG BILL FOR THE COMPANY COMING OUT AND TELLING US THE MACHINE WAS OF NO USE. HE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL WHEN I ASKED HIM HIS RECOMMENDATIONS ON WHAT TYPE OF MACHINE TO BUY AND WHERE TO PURCHASE IT AS WE ARE NEW TO THE KC AREA. HE WAS ALSO KIND ENOUGH TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND VIA TELEPHONE TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO HIM.

Description of Work: RON DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE, GAVE ME INSTRUCTION TO DEFROST THE REFRIGERATOR THAT EVENING. WHEN HE CAME OVER THE NEXT MORNING, HE REPLACED THE BROKEN PARTS AND HAD EVERYTHING BACK IN WORKING ORDER IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

+ -1 moreMY HUSBAND AND I HAVE DEALT WITH JOHNSON COUNTY APPLIANCE FOR YEARS. THE OWNER, RON, DOES MOST OF THE REPAIR WORK HIMSELF. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK. OVER THE YEARS HE HAS REPAIRED OUR DISHWASHER, REFRIGERATOR, AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL. HE IS ALWAYS PROMPT, RETURNS CALLS, CALLS IF HE IS RUNNING LATE FROM ANOTHER JOB, AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. OVERALL, HIS PRICES ARE COMPARABLE TO OTHER SERVICES. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND JOHNSON COUNTY APPLIANCE. I JUST INSTANTLY KNOW WHO TO CALL WHEN WE HAVE AN APPLIANCE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: MY OLD FAITHFUL KENMORE WASHING MACHINE HAD A LEAK. I HAD SOAKED CLOTHES OVERNIGHT IN SUPER HOT WATER (I HAD TURNED UP THE TEMPERATURE TO KILL DUST MITES). IN THE MORNING THERE WAS A SMALL PUDDLE NEAR WASHER. RON, OWNER OF COMPANY, WHO DOES THE WORK, CHECKED EVERYTHING AND COULD FIND NO LEAK. HE THINKS A HOSE EXPANDED FROM SUPER HOT WATER AND RESULTED IN SMALL EXPANSION LEAK. IT SHOULD NOT REOCCUR. I WAS RELIEVED TO HEAR THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE MY 15-YEAR OLD WASHER.
