Very good experience with Johnson County Windows. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. The estimate was exactly what I paid. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Don was remarkably profession and on time. He also gave us the time we needed to save up the necessary funds to pay for the services. He even came to the site on several occassions to check on the progress of the services and to check in with us on how things were going. We just loved "Rosie" (Robert) and his team. They were very professional, courteous and on time. Several days they even stayed late. It looks great. On final walk-around I noticed that one small section of edging didn't meet up with the white wall paint from the old siding, leaving a gab into the home. Additionally, out of 3 floors of siding on the south side of the house I could see that 1 single panel was darker in color than all the rest. Don immediately made a few phone calls, personally hauled 4 sheets of vinyl panel to that side of the house and called the installers to come back to the house and make it right. And they did it in less than 24 hours. The installment team was so kind and respectful of our property and to us personally. I will one day wish to replace the siding on the remaining 2 sides of our home and I'm confident that I will use Don with Johnson County Siding Company to do the work for us. They know what they are doing and how to make it write on all accounts. We were very pleased with them and will certainly use them again. Thanks! Rosie and his crew treated our home and this small project as their own and it showed. We appreciated all they did for us and look forward to working wiht them again on the remaining sections on the house.

I was very pleased with the whole experience, from estimate to installation to completion. They were willing to work within my personal budget constraints and helped indentify and then provide the quality products that I want for my home. The installation was performed by knowledgeable and curtious individuals. This really gives me peace of mind that the products will perform the way they are supposed to. The project was completed well within the timeline provided at time of estimate. Sometimes home improvement projects can be painful for lack of a better word. I was very happy that I spent no time concerning myself with messes, time delays or quality of workmanship. I am happy to say that I feel like I got my moneys worth.

Johnson County Siding provided us with a quick response on the quotation. The owner personally came out and created a personal plan for us on how to proceed. He provided constructive input and various options. Pricing was very competitive and the attention to detail sold us. The crew that performed our work started on the date promised. All work was completed in the anticipating time window as well. The crew was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the entire project. It was not uncommon for the owner to visit daily to check on the progress and ensure that we were satisfied with our experience. The end product turned out very nice. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors on the work. In closing I would highly recommend that anyone considering a project contact this firm for a quotation. We plan on using Johnson County Siding again for future projects.

We contacted Johnson County Siding on a Friday and were told that someone would be paged out to call us. We did not hear anything back from them so we had to call again on Monday. This was frustrating - but it happens. Initially, we were asked to pay for an estimate but with some negotiation, they were willing to wave the fee. They came to check out the issue the next day and provided an estimate. They had to order the supplies and upon receiving, said they would call to schedule the work. They called on a Saturday morning (impressive in our minds) to do the work but we had to ask for a delay as we were hosting a party that day. They were understanding and said they would come by the next week. They arrived on Monday to drop off supplies (ladders, siding cutter, etc) and returned on Tuesday to do the work. In hindsight, I'm not sure why they had to leave the supplies in my yard - the whole repair took an hour. We were very impressed with their clean-up and the quality of their siding. Amazingly, the siding pattern was exactly the same as our original and the color was nearly perfect (due to fading of our original siding). The price was exactly as quoted and the installer was very professional.

My experience with Johnson County Siding and Window was a very positive one. During the installation the crews were respectful of my property and any minor situation that arose (movement of cable wires etc) was promptly dealt with by the owner. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if I were to decide on fencing or decking for my home.

They did a beautiful job fixing up this really cool garage that just looked bad before. The garage now matches the house and should be very low maint for years to come. The new windows are great. They even helped me fix some old siding parts from the main house that the dog had chewed on.

We went to the Johnson County Home Show and looked at many siding vendors. We had a four from the Home Show come to the house and give us estimates. We did not see Johnson County Siding and Windows at the show - but called them to stop by and provide an estimate also. We loved Bill Christy and he gave us some local addresses to drive by to see their work. Bill mentioned that he also lived in Olathe and that was a big plus for us. We love dealing with local companies and local residents whenever possible. Bill's personality and professionalism sold us. He's very sincere and his main objective is to have happy customers. We loved the crew that Bill sent to do the work. They were also very professional, had good work ethics (always on time and always working). Their workmanship is superior and Roger is a great "detail guy", always making sure it is perfect. Their clean-up is also something that should be complimented. The site was cleaned every day before they left.

Johnson County Siding was excellent from the start. Even during the bid process the owner, Bill Christie, was a true professional. He had the best presentation including pictures of his completed projects. Mr. Christie also came with all the information we would need on his company and the siding. We didn't have to ask for any of it. That was nice. The work was started and completed on time and the installers were outstanding. Very professional! They worked on our house like it was their own. The finished product is beautiful and we are very happy! We would recommend Johnson County Siding to everyone.

From start to finish everything we wanted done, 'got done'. Everything went just as smooth as they said it would. Everyone, the sales person, the people that did the actual siding and doors were all very profesional. I could see my home being transformed into what I wanted it to look like. When it was finished and I got home, it was like pulling up to a new, better home.

The owner came to give us an estimate, then checked on the work during the project, and again after the work was done. The workers were always on-time for work and were very courteous, and let us know how the project was going. They even repaired a hole to our attic that wasn't part of the contract. When they were done, they cleaned the yard and garage completely. We are very pleased with the work. Even when we noticed an area that we felt needed additional caulking, they responded immediately to our request. They replaced our old dryer vent cover with a new, nicer one. They worked with us to keep one side of our driveway open for our use during construction. We highly recommend working with this company.

All the jobs were done very well, I am very happy with the results. It took about five days for them to finish the siding and the gutters. When they finished they cleaned up everything around the house. They are a trustworthy company and the workers were very courteous and friendly. I have recommended them to numerous other people.

Mr Christie gave us a fair price (his prices are lower now than they were five years ago) and was very professional and detailed. Also, his installer was excellent and quick. They took away the old windows and left the work site very clean. We couldn't be more satisfied and feel we were dealing with a man of high integrity. My wife and I trust him completely. We noticed he has been in business for many years here in Johnson County and several of our friends have used him as well. I have never heard a complaint about his product or service and there is a lifetime warranty on these windows and the workmanship.

They were tidy and everything turned out fine. There was some problem with the sidings as it cracked, so, the painters had to repair it. So, my husband is planning to talk to the owners about it. They were pretty comparable to others in terms of price.

Johnson County Siding & Window Co, Inc. came highly recommended to me and I am extremely impressed with the quality of both the windows and the installation. They came to my home and looked both at the existing quality of windows and doors, took measurements, and gave me an estimate on site as well as some recommendations. I was impressed about how careful they were in keeping the yard/driveway and existing landscaping clean and unharmed during the installation. They also made it a point to minimize the disruption in the house to a minimum, which was a huge benefit to me. They were very professional and kept me informed during the whole process.
