Description of Work: New siding, windows and doors. Justin and the crew he scheduled for our job were a pleasure to work with. Professional, high level of expertise, friendly, prompt, and responsive. If we had a question or a concern during the project they were quick to address it in a suitable manner. We were very pleased with our experience, the quality of products used and services provided, and the finished project. Price was equitable to value received.

Description of Work: Johnson County Window Co. was 1 of 4 top rated window and door companies I requested estimates from. They were the only one that said they'd call me back to set up an appointment when I first contacted them. After a week, I called back and they apologized for the mix up. When their rep did come, it was several days before he mailed us their proposal. We had moved on by that time. Their product looked good but I felt the proposal fell far short of what was needed. It was fine for most of my 34 windows and a door but unlike the other bids, they suggested I get a glass company to replace the glass in a set of picture windows going across our living room. They proposed just doing the trim around those. The strikes piled up and they were just easy to eliminate from our bidding process.

Description of Work: Overall they were very professional and very responsive. I did have a few minor issues which they corrected once pointed out to them. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: After the ice storm, our living room picture window and two double hung windows in the kitchen were damaged and moisture totally fogged them over. We thought we would need entire replacement windows. After I spoke with the gentleman at Johnson County Siding and Window, he said I should just contact Binswanger Glass and have the glass replaced, not the entire windows. It was obviously far less than we had anticipated spending! He was an honest and helpful person and I truly appreciated his advice. In the future, should we actually need new windows, I would definitely call them back!

Description of Work: Called during normal business hours (~10am) and the phone rang off the wall. This sent up a large red flag not to use them. What if you had to contact them regarding the job. What about issues-maybe screen their calls picking up only certain callers. My experience with companies in this area with communication issues is that they are poorly funded and can even support a "girl Friday" to just answer the phone to take a message. It is unknown how they got all the "A" ratings on Angies List. Will be going with someone else that at least answers the phone.

Description of Work: i called and left a message fot an estimate. a shirt te later i received a call back and the first thing said was not hello or my name is... it was "this is my last call of the day". i told gim what i needed abd was informed that i was too far away (20 miles) and he was too busy. I would not call again nor recommend them.

Description of Work: Excellent work. Justin and Bill gave us great information that helped us in our decision making. We received bids from other contractors and Chrisities were the most professional and competitive. Not pushy at all. Installation by Roger and his crew was great. Did 22 windows in a little over two days. Got right down to business. Professional, friendly and very careful to protect all parts of our property. Would highly recommend and we really love our new windows.
