My house has never been so clean! I used another cleaning company for several years previous to this and thought it was "clean" but Brad and his team provided an extensive clean including those tight and unseen dusty areas I wouldn't think about! I am very happy with the cleaning crew. They are professional and work diligently they have a list they check go through to make sure every area of each room is cleaned. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with our cleaning the first time. They broke one of our blinds. The owner replaced it, which was nice. The second time they cleaned, it was not as good. They forgot to clean under the beds and kind of cut corners. I spoke with the owner and he said it would not happen again. The third time was much better.

Overall, we are very happy with Home Cleaning of America. The team that cleans our house is always on time and gets right to work. We also appreciate the day before phone call reminding us of our next appointment and the review Brad performs at the end of the cleans ensuring quality work. We found Home Cleaning of America (Olathe) on Angie's List. We had estimates from three different cleaning companies and found Brad with HC of A to be the most responsive and professional. He explained the process and fees thoroughly prior to any work being performed. He has also been very flexible with our schedule, another real bonus. We feel that Home Cleaning of America is a great value and we will continue to use them.

Called owner and setting up the appointment for a bid was easy - he came to house and provided scheduling/pricing right then. Every time the house has been cleaned, they do a good job. One thing I noticed was that they get details that our previous housecleaner did not do - top of fridge, top of ceiling fans, detailed dusting, cleaning floors by hand rather than mopping, etc. They are easy with my dogs too - I showed them what to do with them when they come over so it makes it easy on me when I'm not home and they come to clean.

The Home Cleaning Centers of America owner was very professional and informative. He came out to our home, looked over the house, told us what the cleaning crew would do and gave us a first time fee and a regular fee. The crew came out and did an outstanding job cleaning our home. We are very picky and they exceeded our expectations. We are using them every week. It's hard to find a cleaning company that is trustworthy, reliable and provides exceptional quality.

The service has been good.

It's hard to recommend because I am real close to thinking about replacing them. They are probably the most cost effective in the area. They do a reasonable job and right now what I'm fighting with them on is they are cutting corners and their boss and owner knows it and so he is hearing me tell him exactly how they are cutting corners, but I have been using them since 2004 and if I was terribly unhappy I would have walked away a long time ago. I spend $68 every 2 weeks so that's $34 a week. 99.9% I am comfortable with the people that come out and work for me. I haven't got rid of them yet and I am not sure if I would use them in the future. I have been using them for 7 years.

They arrived right on time to the house and went immediately to work. They were very pleasant women and seemed to be intent on their work, but upon their departure, I was disappointed in what I saw. There were still cobwebs in the ceiling corners and over the sink in the kitchen. The kitchen floor was quite wet when they left, but dried to a streaky, filmy mess. It's also doubtful that the stairs were vacuumed - but I don't know that for sure. I didn't know, for sure, how much this was going to cost me, as I was quoted "between 90 and 120". They were at the house for an hour and a half with a 10 minute break. I decided to just keep the appointment for the apartment - as it was easier than trying to find someone else. They arrived right on time and did an AWESOME job on the apartment. I really was impressed with how clean it ended up being. Wish my house was as nice! The apartment was finished in an hour and cost 90 - from what I was told. When the manager called to get my credit card information, he never stated the total cost - so I won't know for sure until I get my statement! Also, when I complained about how poor the house cleaning was, he stated "you should have called me right away and I would have sent the girls back. There's nothing I can do now". I felt THAT was poor customer service.

They usually have about 2 or 3 people who come here for the cleaning and they are here for at least 2 to 3 years. Sometimes they can be a little better in their quality. I would use them again.

WORKERS PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND. SINCE I HAVE THE MINIMUM TIME THE HAVE AGREED TO DO OTHER THINGS SUCH AS CLEAN SILVER.
