 + -1 moreHARCO Exteriors and the staff were wonderful to work with from the start! Came out to give bid, spent all the time WE wanted answering questions. Very knowledgeable. Listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions and reasons for the suggestions. We have a difficult backyard to work with. The last 1/4 of our back yard slopes down towards the house. Was really nervous about how the fencing would look when completed. I was assured it would look good. They were wrong - it looks GREAT! Simply amazed at how the slope ties smoothly into the rest of the fencing. It looks so natural! Was leaving for work when crew showed up. Everyone looked and acted very professional yet very friendly! I love my new fence! Would most definitely recommend HARCO Exteriors!
Description of Work: Removed and hauled away chain link fencing. Installed privacy fence in its place.

 + -1 moreVery professional to work with. Came out to estimate day after I called and quoted price in the spot. Actual installation was moved up a day, they were on time and work was done quickly. Fence is beautiful and looks amazingly level and straight especially considering we were dealing with lots of trees and vines in the property line. We were considering trying to do the work ourselves and are so glad we hired this company instead. Well worth it!

They stated they would be there on the 11th and be done the same day. They did a fantastic job and the fence looks great. They installed a 4 foot wooden fence to keep our dog in the yard. He is a happy puppy now. I would recommend Harco to anyone!

 + 0 moreProject was slightly delayed by weather, which is expected in January, but only by about a week. Once they could get started, the whole project was done in four days. The team was here around 8 a.m. every morning to get started and worked a full day. After the project was over they cleaned up everything, so there were no materials or waste lying around. The finished product looks great, clean lines on for the tops of the pickets, small ~1 inch gap on bottom to let water through, and gates that are very sturdy but easy to open and close.
Description of Work: Harco took out an existing 4 foot fence at my new residence and put up a new 6 foot cedar privacy fence (~330 linear feet of it).

 + -1 moreHarco was excellent. We needed a cedar fence built, but not just any fence: and unusual modern style fence, and we were pretty exacting with details. Joe and Tanner seemed excited about the challenge of building such an unusual fence to be the best it could be. They didn?t rush and cut corners. They were thoughtful and methodical; they seemed to approach the project more like a hobby than a job, and I of course mean that in a good way. Never did I sense frustration from Joe or Tanner about our obsession over details, even when we changed some of those details halfway through the project. They were patient, they were always ready to listen, and they regularly offered ideas that reflected that they had thought meaningfully about how we would use the fence in our daily lives and about the aesthetic statement the fence was intended to make. They weren?t the cheapest but they certainly were not the most expensive either; the quality and service they delivered made whatever extra I may have paid compared to other guys worth every penny.

Description of Work: Harco installed a cedar privacy fence for our back yard. We had several hiccups on our end, and they were extremely helpful in dealing with them. They were on time and did a great job- our fence was up in one day of work and looks amazing! They were even nice enough to deal with a difficult neighbor who was concerned about the fence in relation to their yard. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks Harco!

 + -1 moreOur first contact with Harco was very professional. Joe came out the very next day to review the job and provide a quote. We solicited 5 quotes for our project and Harco was very competitive. They were not the lowest quote we received but after a few conversations with Joe it was clear that he would handle the job the way we wanted it done. We engaged in a contract, agreed upon a date, and made our 50% deposit with them. Harco arrived on time on the date promised with a very professional crew. They worked efficiently as the day progressed and arrived as promised the second day and made a few minor modifications for us without complaint. There was a question as to the city code regarding one of our requirements and Joe contacted both the utility and city regarding the approval for us. Harco finished the 3 day job in 2 days and the installation was exactly what we wanted and looks great. After 2 weeks we have been very pleased and know that our investment was well placed. A few of our neighbors have inquired on our fence and mentioned the high quality represented in it's appearance. I highly recommend this company. None of the normal salesmanship or gimmicks, just a straight shooting, hard working team. We currently have a deck project in the works and we had Joe back out to provide an estimate for the repair.
