We asked for an estimate for a roof replacement, they came out, were very nice, and promised to get back in touch with us, and we never heard from them again.

Early in April we had a large hail storm that caused major damage to our roof. We had herd so much about the "storm chasing companies" that swoop into areas such as ours after such events, however were very leery of using a company such as that. After asking our neighbors and friends who they would recommend, we were refereed to Green Head by a friend of ours who had worked with Jermey and Thomas on their roofing project. After researching their company through their reference list we decided they would be the contractor for us. We were pleased when they were on time for meetings and always returned our calls in a prompt fashion. Next they helped us with the insurance process. We of course checked with our agent throughout out this process. All we had to do was file a claim and they handled the rest. They dealt with the insurance company direct when there were any questions and handled all of the billing and we did not have to worry about a thing. Once the job was complete they checked in with us to make sure we were completely satisfied and we were glad to see the follow up. I have herd several stories from our neighbors whom have used other contractors and there was no follow up after the job was complete so i guess this is unique to Green Head. We would highly recommend Jermey and Thomas to any one who is in a similar situation.
