This company was the best from beginning to end. I called same day and he was able to fit me in. Super nice on the phone and the technician that came out was very kind, gave me advanced noticed when he was on his way and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure to add anything extra unlike other companies I've called. I definitely recommend this company, especially they have great prices along with great customer service. That's very rare nowadays.

I got home from vacation to discover my garage door had fallen off the tracks. I contacted Garage Door Masters and they sent Jonathan out at 7pm to fix it! He was very professional and stayed until 8:30 to fix it. Highly recommend them.

Andrew is phenomenal. We had a less than ideal damaged garage door situation that we've been putting off getting looked at for months. Not only did Andrew offer to come earlier than our appointment time because he was in the area, but he quoted a very reasonable price to get us back up and running quickly. The repair was done immediately, and even with some unexpected hiccups Andrew did not tack on outlandish extra fees. He was honest throughout the entire process and transparent about repair and replacement costs. We will absolutely be using his services again based on today's repair. Great company to support in a time where expenses are on top of everyone's mind.

Submitted a request here and got a response within minutes. They were able to come out same day and replace my broken springs, then did maintenance on both doors so they don't squeak anymore. Super fast, price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
