Terrible. Gab was very attentive until we signed contract and gave him money 18 months ago. House is still not even close to complete today 6/26/21. We pay invoices as soon as we get them. They don’t work on it for weeks. They don’t respond to calls, emails nothing. You have to hunt them down. If there is an issue no one contacts you. We had water in the basement after they installed insulation and Sheetrock and no one called to tell us. House has sat there for days with water in it. Now we have to worry about mold. See photo attached. Looking at attorneys. Run far away from Gabriel Homes or you will have a nightmare.

Gabe is a great guy and very knowledgeable. His quote was very competitive and he was very responsive. He came to my house twice. Once to measure my basement and then another time to answer my questions on his quote. Both times he arrived when he said he would. After meeting with him the second time I decided this is who I want to hire. It was why it was so surprising to me that not only did he never answer his cell phone again but he still has not responded in any way. It has been 6 weeks as I write this review. I have left voicemails, sent emails, etc. There has been no response. I'm now glad that I did not hire Gabe and pay him any money. At the very least I would have expected Gabe to provide some form of communication. I would be cautious if you are considering this builder.
