Lance was. Very punctual and very knowledgeable.. He was able to assess the project and completed the job in a very timely manner. Very considerate of Covid protocol by wearing a mask, wore gloves during installation and even removed his boots, without being asked, so as to not track in any snow., We definitely would recommend him highly and will definitely use his services again.

Lance was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me understand what needed fixing and why when I asked questions. He was thorough & efficient with his work, cleaned up everything, and charged a fair rate for the work completed. I plan to use Ferris Electric again with my next project!
