They were really rude with re-scheduling an estimate appointment.

Excellent! They live up to their name and the installers get the work done in a timely manner. I have used them twice and would use them again.

Juan came as scheduled, was polite, answered questions and explained things well. I went to their showroom but didn't care for the options available for the color I was wanting. bid was higher than another I received from another company.

I have been working with Fantastic Floors twice. Both their hardwood floor and carpet are in good quality and reasonable price. Juan is very responsible - for each time I worked with them, he stopped by to check the work of the installers. Emmanuel is always patient and responsive, and also very helpful to solve customers' concern and questions. All their installers are good at skills - Tiago the floor installer from last time I worked with them and Francisco the carpet installer for this time.

It went perfectly! I love how it turned out and Fantastic Floors was great about communicating with me through the whole process! I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic Floors was great to work with. Francisco came out to give us a quote in just a couple of days after I contacted them and their prices were great. Our installer Micheal did a fantastic job and didn't cut corners or rush through the complicated job of all the corners and small spaces that an RV has. We would definitely hire them again!!

Everything went great. Work was done quickly and looks great. It was a big job but they worked hard to get it done.

After going to their store and listening to Christian music and seeing Christian verses on the walls, I was assured they could install sheet vinyl on my concrete kitchen floor, and install vinyl plank in the living room and dining room over the existing flooring. An appointment was made to have the areas measured and Gina called, right before the appointed time to say she would be an hour late, because she wanted to buy a laser measure, so she wouldn't have to use her tape measure. She assured me Fantastic Floors could do the job and then stayed for an hour first telling me that it was a family owned business and they were all "Godly people", and then telling me that the owner, Juan, worked his way from the bottom and he personally spends time with his employees overseeing them to see their work is done right. I later learned, upon my visit to the store today, they contract out their labor. Gina had told me I would receive an estimate by noon, which I did not. I drove to the store again today after work and was told their contractor's insurance has a problem with the existing floor materials. I then asked if I could just buy the products: sheet vinyl and/or vinyl plank, and was told "NO". I said "so you're refusing me any service?" and Gina said "yes". I asked "why" and her response was "it's a gray area". Needless to say, I'm furious and don't recommend Fantastic Floors in Olathe. However, JOE's FLOORING & Wholesale Center in Lenexa, and their FLOORING OUTLET in Lenexa were very accommodating and carry many choices of top of the line products. I DO recommend them.

We told Juan upfront we were shopping for a good price - he delivered as verified by checking pricing with other providers. Nice showroom and and very easy to deal with. Excellent experience.

I selected this company for a bid based on these wonderful reviews. I wish I would have had the experience these other reviewers did. 1. Had trouble getting someone out for a bid. guy was late, than turned out to be someone who was not an employee of theirs, but was the brother of their estimator (who I believe is also the owner). Very nice, personable - but WRONG. He told us we could install vinyl sheet over laminate. 2. He was supposed to show up a few days later with samples. NO SHOW. 3. So I called. They had no record of anything he did except the measurements. When I told him what he said, they were astonished. Had no idea he said that and said it was completely impossible. 4. Asked for someone to come out who DID know what they were talking about. He measured and told us we'd have to rip the floor out completely and only had a few pictures with him of vinyl sheet and no samples. I wanted my boyfriend to see what I had picked out and also see what it REALLY looked like- he told us to come to his showroom where they had many more selections. 5. Went to the showroom and they had only two and they looked like garbage. Decided to go a different route but all of the samples were out of the office. 6. It gets worse. couldn't find anything there that I liked, didn't want wood look and GM, Serena told me I could find something and they'd install it. 7. Went to Lowes and found some commercial vinyl tile and tried to get a price. Surly text messages from the owner, high prices with no explanation and at first he was furious that we'd been told we could buy it elsewhere. 8. He suggested he could give me the name of a guy to do it. That's how I got into this mess - using a "guy" instead of a company. This was a truly time wasting, disappointing experience so I'm not sure why they got the reviews that they did.

Work was excellent. Showed up on time and completed in time estimated. Looks great.

It honestly went quite well. I was surprised at how quick these guys were. I needed my living room carpet to be changed since it was years since I've had that changed. At first I was reluctant to call anyone, since I didn't want to deal with the hassle and wait, but these guys came by quick and made my living room look like new again ! I also did enjoy the vast selection and variety within their store. I would definitely recommend this to anyone !

Excellent. Install team was polite & respectful of our home & how we desired it to be done. Quick turnaround time & very good clean up. Extremely professional & knowledgeable sales staff. I felt at ease & that it was going to get done right.

They made the process very fast and easy. On Saturday I visited the store and they were knowledge and very helpful. I picked what I wanted and by Monday they were removing old and installing my new carpet. I was extremely pleased of the service. Definitely recommend this place!

They had a great selection of products without being overwhelming. Very straightforward with pros and cons and did not try to sell us on a specific style or color. Their experience in flooring was obvious and the installers were very professional, polite, and clean. Love that is a family owned business. Very impressed.
