We had a sun room addition built and whole outside of the house redone They also completed some inside work. Quality job throughout with each specialized team Mr. Harris sent over. Yes, rehabbing can take a while and that has to be expected when you hire good people. We had a lot of work completed, when all said and done, we are very pleased.

The greatest company I have had the privilege to work with, the customer service is top notch and the cost of services rendered could not be beat any where, I will recommend to others that need the services done.

We've redone almost every part of our house over the past 15 years, and this was by far THE BEST contractor we've ever hired. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication and value were all way above expectations. We will be using Elite for quite a while.

All of the workers sere reliable and the contractor was exceptional. Even though renovations are stressful the contractor Mr. Harris was supportive and made frequent checkins to make sure the job was done right. I had windows, siding, roof, concrete stoop replaced, garage doors/motors and floors refinished. My house is awesome.

The sliding glass door they showed me was not the door they installed. Not same quality (my opinion) and no lock. When installing they broke a string of patio lights, and said they would replace them when they came back to place the windows, No clean up of the shattered glass on my patio. They called me the day the windows came in and wanted to install that day, I had to request a time 2 days later when someone would be at the house. They installed the windows, and there is a slight tear in the screen of one just above the latch. For the price I would think the screens would be metal, not vinyl. In fairness, they did install the patio door next day service. But I was not there to **verify** the window installation to remind them of the patio lights, or seek some kind of reimbursement for the breakage, and I did not see the torn screen until I stayed at the house the following week. Great salesman, just not fantastic products or follow up. Secretary told me there would be a 30% discount, I never saw any printed pricing, just what the salesman quoted me, I did not see any discount, but I needed the door ASAP so agreed, my fault for not comparing products or prices.

Project schedule was a little longer than anticipated.

The project included new James Hardie siding, new windows, new gutters, new doors, new garage doors and a new deck on a worn out 1990 house. Having no sense of style we went with Kosta & Harris's recommendations on several things and were not disappointed. Angel was the lead on the siding crew and his professionalism was outstanding. All crews cleaned up after their part was done. Sometimes phone messages were not returned in what we consider a timely fashion. Perhaps the result of very busy, small company.

This was the best experience we ever had with a contractor! Elite was professional, honest and fair...hard to find these days. Installed 10 windows, workman hung new blinds, and repaired existing French door that three other contractors bid to replace. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Elite for any home improvements.

Everything went better than expected. 19 new windows, re-side with Hardie siding, new garage door, new front door, new patio door, new shutters, new gutters, and repaint total exterior. Exterior of house looks better than when it was new.

They installed a new roof, siding, guttering, replaced fascia board and the quality of work was exceptional. Price was right . Professional workers all the way.

Very friendly, yet professional. Work quality is good. Initally hired them to do replacement windows and got a good value. Hired them to do more work and the feeling of value wasn't quite there, but am still very happy and will continue to use them for future home projects.

These guys do great work. Worth every penny. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
