Rainy weather delayed my deck build but I could not be happier with the look and construction. They listened and built what was requested.

I originally called them for windows, and when Mr. Harris came to the house I also explained the windows are part of a more extensive project. The project included repainting all brown woodwork white enamel, including doors, molding and kitchen cabinets. I was also rearranging part of the kitchen, moving the center island, a tall cabinet and relocating the space for the refrigerator. All new major appliances, supplied by me, were to be installed. I also supplied new flooring to cover all of the first floor, but it turned out not to be enough and they supplied the required balance of flooring. Mr. Harris also offered to install carpeting and kitchen sink for no additional cost, which was appreciated. I made a side deal with the painter, Christian, to finish some extra walls, and another side deal with Jorge to replace all the beige outlets and switches on the first floor with white. Also installed drop-down attic stairs, supplied by me. All work was done professionally, and I was satisfied with the final outcome. The final result was just as my wife and I had envisioned. My rating for customer service was a 3 because the job that was originally quoted as 2 weeks was not completed until the 9th week. It was difficult to get responses from Mr. Harris and Kosta, apparently because they were reluctant to call me back due to project delays. These factors rate lower than 3, but the additional services provided that were not contracted rate higher than 3, such as carpeting, tile floor in bathroom and kitchen sink.

Quality workmanship all the way from Granite tops, Tile floor, to Outstanding Deck. Problem solvers when faced with challenges to make project have quality in appearance & complete. Faced with many days of rain which delayed work but were able to work through it to complete the job.

They did a real good job. Overcame an electrical blackout.

Mr. Harris is no nonense kind of man and did not attempt to oversell to us as the other companies did. He is direct, honest and right to the point, we appreciated his honest review of our project and the timeliness of the installment. They worked with our schedule and completed the project the same day. He was a bit more than others but the service we received definitely set them apart. We will hire this company again for other home improvement projects.

They were thorough regarding the trim work. Everything was finished well. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to family members. (I like my family)

The business is family owned, they are courteous and considerate, and professional. Harea problem with a sagging/drooping roof overhang. Mr. Harris was able to build up and fix the problem w/o having completely reroof. Also he provided additional protection & waterproofing to the roof edge all around the home. A great job overall.

Mr Harris is straight forward and no monkey shine. Very reasonable prices.
