Description of Work: The gutters on our 3 story house were cleaned in less than 1 hour by 1 worker. There was debris left all around the house and when I asked if it wasn't going to swept up the worker pulled a small whisk broom out of his back pocket and said that was all he had to work with. Only 2 downspouts appeared to have been cleaned/tampered with...The top 'elbow' fell off one of the downspouts less than a week later. I asked them to come out and put it back up and it was never done. 3-4 months later they called back and asked if my gutters needed to be cleaned again. I said I was still waiting for the downspout to be put back up and again I was told they'd be out. Never happened.

+ -1 moreEACH INDIVIDUAL WINDOW HAS AT LEAST 19 PANES. THEY DID INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOWS. THEY HAD TO HAND SCRAPE FILM THAT WAS ON THE WINDOWS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

+ 0 moreDOUG WAS POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. I HAVE 41 DOORS AND WINDOWS, MANY ON THE SECOND FLOOR. I THOUGHT THE SERVICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. HE RESPONDED POSITIVELY WHEN I ASKED HIM TO REDO AN AREA ON A WINDOW. I TOLD HIM I GOT HIS NAME FROM ANGIE'S LIST. HE SAID THEY HAD RECEIVED MANY REFERRALS FROM THE LIST. HE ALSO CLEANED THE GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS AND BAGGED ALL THE DEBRIS.
Description of Work: CLEANED ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS INSIDE AND OUT, ALSO CLEANED 8 FRENCH DOORS, AND GUTTERS.

+ 0 moreWE HAVE MORE WINDOWS THAN I CAN COUNT, OVERLOOKING A GOLF COURSE. WE RECENTLY MOVED IN AND DON'T KNOW IF THE WINDOWS HAD EVER BEEN CLEANED. THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND QUIET. THE SUPERVISOR CAME OUT AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED TO CLEAN THE GUTTERS AND INSPECT THE WINDOWS. HE NOTICED ONE THAT WASN'T PERFECT THAT I HADN'T NOTICED AND IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT OUT HIS LADDER AND RE-CLEANED IT.
