CUZCO PAINTING

Jessica and Joel were a fantastic team to work with. They were very professional, punctual, personable, and reasonably priced. Their quote was $3000 less than the other quote I got. They didn't use "builder grade" paint. They used a scrubbable Sherwin Williams paint. Joel spent a lot of time going over the details of the job, ensuring that I knew which paint was used on which walls. I would highly recommend them!

Very professional and friendly. If things needed to be redone, they would examine it and let us know that it would be taken care of, Always communicated if going to be late due to another job. We were worked into their schedule to help us out. We will be using them again for our hardwood floor repair.

We are currently using them to repair more windows/doors and install a ceiling mounted TV. We plan on having them refinish our wood floors, and repair a dresser top in the spring. They are always very responsive when contacted, communicate an estimate quickly, prompt about doing repairs, and professional to deal with.

It took a week for them to return an estimate, and the estimate was only given when I told them that if I didn't get it by the close of business, I would have to find someone else. When we finally received it, they had left off part of it for some of the work we wanted done. After 3 days of waiting for a new estimate I placed several calls to them that went unanswered. I left a message saying we need more communication from a company we were going to invest thousands of dollars into. When I finally was able to reach them, they said that they can't provide the communication requested and told me to find someone else to do the work.

They are very good about getting back to me. They are good with coordinating with us for appointments since they do service at our rental property. The quality of work is wonderful. They come right back if something is not done right.

Everything is great. Had a good group of workers.

First of all, the rep showed up to price the job and rather than have 2 painters for X hours, she translated that into square footage that they would paint. I guess that was in my favor in the end as it seemed to take them a long time. The crew showed up on time and did a good job overall. My only complaint is that they could have communicated better as they didn't ask me what was to be painted and missed painting a couple of built-in doors (they did ask me to review the job but after they had packed up and were on their way out of the door).

Cuzco was very professional. This appears to be a husband and wife team. The wife was prompt and courteous in scheduling an appointment to speck the bid. She came on time, had all her information with her, and followed up with the necessary information. The day of the job, the husband came out along with another worker. They were friendly and did little extras that we asked them too. We added a couple of walls to the original order. They gave us a fair charge for the additional walls and we had them paint them too. They were friendly when my daughters came home from school and courteous throughout the day. I will use them in the future when we have more things to paint because I like and trust them.

They did not finish the job. They did not cover blinds when requested. They did not cover beds when requested. They left empty soda cans. They did not wipe up the dust or come back to clean up.Communication between the owner of the company and client was poor. Painters painted well and worked hard. Communication between team captain and team was not clear as they spoke a different language while working.

Two painters - one was excellent, the other was slow, but they did a fantastic job.

They were very good. We had some spots that kept coming through the paint, but they re-sanded, Kilz'ed and repainted them until they no longer came through. Arrived on time. Also did a small carpentry job - cut and fitted a piece of baseboard molding that we weren't able to do.The walls and ceilings look great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for painters. Their electrician is coming on Saturday to replace some ceiling fixtures in the kitchen with can lights and replace the light in the entry hall. I will post additional feedback when that job is done.

Everything went just as I'd expect. The only reason I didn't give A grades for everything is because it was nothing above or beyond my expectations. This was garage painting, so it didn't have to be especially precise and the drips didn't really matter.

Went really well and all prep and patch work was excellent. I was very pleased.

They covered my floors and took all necessary precautions before painting. They did a great job. They communicate well and call before they arrive.

Jessica contacted me promptly to come to see the work to be performed. She submitted the estimate and explained how the Angie list deal would be applied to the estimate. She also then had her husband (they manage the company together) stop by to examine the drywall damage. The painters were on time with plenty of upbeat energy. It took about 4 days total. We had a snowstorm a couple of the days and no one was traveling much. The work was completed on time and Joel thanked me for the business. The drywall has started peeling a bit and I contacted Jessica to come back and look. She replied promptly and will visit tomorrow.

I had to go out of town while the work was done. I gave them a key to my house and when I returned, my house looked like new!

Personnel were neat, professional and punctual. They offered ideas which I had not thought of and which were very helpful. I would certainly consider using them again.

Once I purchased the Big Deal, I was contacted by Jessica who came out and provided an estimate. I agreed to the work and we scheduled a mutually convenient time to do the work. The workers came late one afternoon to do the prep work and then came back the next day to paint the room. They did a great job with both the prepping and painting. They cleaned up after they were done and Jessica came by the next day to make sure everything met both of our standards. We moved the furniture ourselves, but they would have done that for us if we had asked them. I paid her the additional money and we are pleased with the work. We will consider using them on future jobs.

The two individuals arrived right on time and after showing them what we wanted done, they went to work immediately. The were able to complete one coat of paint in two separate rooms. I was hoping they would also get to a bathroom, but they ran out of time. In fairness, the first room had a lot of trim work to go around (tape off). Only two minor complaints - 1) they asked me to fill in the nail holes when they got there (perhaps that was because they had seen I had done a couple larger holes, so knew I had the spackle and ability to do it, and 2) one of the individuals received several phone calls during the work time (typically not a bid deal, but when you paid for a limited amount of service time, as a customer you want to see that time maximized). I am happy with the quality of the work done and the cost of the service. I would probably use them again.

We were preparing the house for sale. The master bedroom and staircase had high ceiling and needed professional help. I bought an Angie's deal for $199. When Jessica came to do the site survey, I mentioned that we'd have carpet work as well. She said her company would work on carpet and gave me an estimate, which turned out to be a better pricing of two. I was impressed with her knowlege and willing to work with us. They did the paing job one day and the carpet replacement of 4 bedroom, 1/2 of a bathroom, closets and the 2nd floor hall way the following day. We moved out of state before they did the work and haven't returned home yet but according to our realtor they did a good job. Had to pay 1/2 cost up front and then the rest after all the work was done. We didn't need financing but if anyone needs finacing this company doesn't do it.

Every step of the way they kept us informed and listened to our feedback. Very happy with the whole job.

Do have them buy the paint, because it is cheaper.

They are definitely great painters. The work was done professionally.

I thought they were friendly and helpful. They did a great job. I purchased the paint separately. I got a deal. They were a little late. I understood that because they explained why.
