Prior to booking, I explained that I would need to have some furniture moved back into my upstairs on the following Sunday so that I could live in the home until I closed on the new one. Shawn stated that although his crews did not typically work on Sundays, he was sure he could work something out... to not worry. Shawn and his team showed up on time on Wednesday to move me out for the floor crew and were very friendly during the move. I paid him $550 for the first move and then left town for 5 days while my floors were refinished. I called on Friday and again on Saturday to confirm arrangements for Sunday but both times rolled to VM. Saturday evening, I texted Shawn as I was getting concerned that I would not be able to get back into my home as planned and I had an important week of activities at work which would require I be back in my home. His response to my request for confirmation was and quot;I don't work sun... see you at 10amand quot;. When I replied to confirm that he was talking about Sunday at 10AM, he responded and quot;Sun!!!!and quot;. I then asked if it could be later because as I had explained when booking the job, I was out of town several hours away and would not be able to be back until the afternoon. His response was curtly and quot;No. 10AM or Mondayand quot;. I ended up moving myself into a bedroom that afternoon so that I would have someplace to stay that night. After several attempts to call him (all rolling to VM), I finally gave up and booked another moving company. Unfortunately, when the second moving company moved the rest of the my furniture back into my house, they were not able to assemble all of the items because Shawn's company had removed screws and left them in random piles in my basement without placing them back in the holes to ensure they would not be lost. I strongly recommend against booking Shawn's company if you are at all concerned about quality, communication, or follow through.

This is by far the best moving experience we've ever had! Shawn and his guy's were all very professional and completed the move in the time and price as quoted. I would highly recommend. We had no damage or scratches to our furniture and homes.

Sean and Julie Cross are great, as is their entire crew. They were all very careful with our stuff and made our move very enjoyable. All of their crew are very personable and cared about protecting our things and getting them where we wanted them in our new house. Another company may be as good, but none could be better.

My mother in law was leaving her home because she was going to assisted living. They packed, moved everything, and unpacked everything. When I brought her to her new apartment, there were pictures on the walls! I would never have anyone else ever move me or a family. She didn't have to lift a finger! They are phenomenal. Shawn just really, really good. They are honest as the day is long. I can't express enough how good they are! He knows what he's doing, gives a fair estimate. He provides boxes and packing material. The packers are respectful of everything. I wouldn't have used them so often if they weren't so amazing!! For one of my mother's moves they took some special items that we wanted kept safe, made a special trip to bring those boxes over to my house, and took everything else over to her new apartment. They're just great.

They have moved me or my family several times, and they have always been really good. They are very professional. I have never had any problems with anything getting dinged or whatever. They are going to move me in a few days. I always thought that their price was reasonable.

The move was easy to set up. Phone calls were always returned. The gentlemen made quick, but careful time in packing my mom's furniture and boxes onto the truck. They met us at the retirement community and had additional staff on hand to assist with unloading and setting everything up in her new apartment. The men were all kind and were quite willing to work with her in getting her items where she needed them to go. Very professional, yet had a laid back demeanor.

Flawless execution. Two men were right on time and took care of the business just fine. My only issue is the movers tried to get my wife to pay them more than we agreed upon over the telephone. I had already written out a check for the $75.00, and they seemed fine with that, after she pointed it out to the men that actually did the work. I just think they could have been a bit more honest in the amount they expected payment for. But otherwise they were good movers.
