We've used this company several times in the past and have always been completely delighted with their work. This time we remodeled our master bath. We replaced the cast-resin jetted tub and the cast resin vanity top. We also removed the large mirror above the vanity and upgraded to smaller mirrors and light fixtures over each sink. The shower was enlarged and a nicer glass enclosure was added. All of the old tile was removed and replaced with travertine. The vanity top was replaced with quartz. With Rob's guidance and recommendations we chose the tile, fixtures, vanity top, and paint color. We purchased the lighting, mirrors and paint ourselves. The rest was part of our contract. We appreciate that Rob took care to minimize amount of demolition and construction dust that got into the rest of the house. Padding and tarps were used to protect our existing hardwood floors and carpeting as different subcontractors came and went. Tile, electrical, plumbing, shower glass and vanity top were subcontracted. Only a couple of minor ones arose, and Rob quickly took care of them by explaining the problem to us and making suggestions. The decision was always ours. In one case a change we made turned out better than the original plan! In the other case, due to the arrangement of the plumbing inside the wall, we had to omit a shower niche we had planned and that was fine with us. The completed bathroom turned out to be beautiful! Rob is very skilled at what he does and wants his customers to be happy. He's not satisfied unless his customers are also satisfied, He was here at least part of every day, working or providing guidance to subcontractors. He will be first on our list for any future work. We highly recommend him. You can't go wrong if you choose him to do your work.

Prompt, professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. Rob called when he said he would showed up on time and did an amazing job. Highly recommend them and will use them for other jobs.

Explained he would not repair our broken window and gave suggestions for who would do the work.. Gave an estimate on a different window job - replacements of 12 windows in front of house. Was very informative and patient in explanation. Once we had fixed the broken window, we made the decision to delay replacements for a year.

It went outstanding. They built a deck on our home that could withstand a tornado. They replaced the old wooden rail system with an aluminum system and we now have the best built and most attractive deck in our neighborhood. No hidden costs. No surprises. I only regret is that did not know about them before I signed a contract with another outfit who is scheduled to remodel our bathrooms so that they are ADA compliant. These guys kept the building site clean and orderly. Showed up to work when they said they would and there were no surprises. You will not go wrong should you decide to use Corker and Bristow for any remodels and I strongly recommend the windows that they installed I didn't know our home could be so quiet. We have children living in the neighborhood with grandparents for various reasons and gues what, we can't hears the kids.

It was good. It works great. He had a variety of choices and I got what I wanted. It was expensive but I just thought they are all expensive. He was prompt and he put it up when he said he would. He was professional and he did a good job.

It turned out that it was because of having too much snow on the roof. We simply keep watching it if the problem occur again during sprint-summer. No charge for the visit. No further leakage so far.

These guys are awesome. They work together like a well oiled machine and are genuinely honest, wholesome individuals. Their work ethic is of the highest grade and they know their trade. Always showed up when they said they would, made quick work of it, took time to shop for fixtures with us pointing out important features we should look for. This was the second time we had used them. They will be the first team we call for any additional renovations. It was a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. They thought of everything including new plumbing, rerouting of furance duck work, grab bars, etc. I just don't know how to say enough good things to make you select them for your project. We had one difference of opinion on some ceiling repair and they fixed it so fast to please me, I couldn't believe it. They want their customers to be completely happy with the final results and know the workmanship is of the highest standard.

This company had installed new windows in a neighbor's house and he was quite happy with them and strongly suggested that I talk to them. After the multi-thousand dollar bids I had received from the big name window companies for what were obviously cheap and inferior windows dealing with Corker & Bristow was like a breath of fresh air. The initial visit to measure and determine what was needed, followed by the pricing flawless. Once we decided to go with the new windows they were ordered, an install date was set and Corker & Bristow arrived on time to install the windows. The entire install took 1.5 days and was completed to my satisfaction. The work areas were kept clean and the workers cleaned up afterward very well. I have no complaints and plan to use Corker & Bristow again when I am ready to replace my windows on the east side.

I first started using them on fairly small jobs. They replaced an exterior door for me on a rental and repaired some termite and dry rot damage. I then used them on a time and material basis to finish my basement. They worked with the interior designer and it turned out great. The work they didn't do personally they sub-contracted for me at a very reasonable price. I then used them to remodel a rental home. All work was done timely and with very good quality.

M & M Roofing (Mark Stang) recommended that I call Rob Bristow for to handle replacing my windows and gutters. Rob answered my call right away and arranged a meeting. Rob happened to show up at the same time I had another contractor bidding on the same work. Rob could have just blown me off, but he patiently went to another job and waited for my call to let him know the other contractor was gone. Rob walked the house with me, took measurements, matched colors. I asked if he needed my insurance numbers and he said he did not, which I thought showed he was going to price accordingly. Overall I think he ended up pretty close to the insurance quote. The next day, there was an email quote in my inbox! I took some time before making decision. The other contractor would not return my call to get me a quote. I finally gave up on him and went with Rob. Rob works well with M & M in coordnating when the roof would finish and when they could swoop in. They did the work on a weekend and were very professional. We're very happy with the quality of work. Rob was kind enough to point me to Home Depot for a gutter system to keep tennis balls and such out of our back deck guttering. He agreed we did not need a fancy leaf-guard system. They came quickly and were professional.

Seemed to be very competent and professional. Not the cheapest, but did a very good job protecting interior from lead paint dust. (They were the only company that included in their quote that they were certified and did lead remediation.)

They have done a great job! They are very flexible, responsive and fair. I have had several change orders and they were very fair. They show up on time and the quality of the work is excellent.

We had to replace our patio cover after the weight of the snow caused the original structure to collapse. Nick Link, a contractor recommended by a homeowner in the community where I work, arranged for Corker Bristow to install the new patio cover. After viewing a sample of the material to be used, we signed a contract for the replacement and waited for the weather to improve so installation could begin. Sam Corker did a great job of keeping in touch while we were waiting for better weather. The individuals arrived as scheduled on Monday. The project took a full day on Monday and a couple of hours on Tuesday to finish up. The installers were professional and tidy. The patio cover looks outstanding! Great Job! As there are many units with patio covers, I will recommend this company to others in our townhome community.

We were very happy with them. There was just two guys who showed up on time every day, worked all day long, and cleaned up every day. We were really happy with their work.
