+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY POLITE AND KEPT HIS GUARANTEE OF RE-STRETCHING FOR FREE. WOULD CALL TO SET UP TIME, BUT HAD TO ALWAYS RE-SCHEDULE. SECOND APPOINTMENT WAS USUALLY ON TIME. APPOINTMENTS WERE CANCELLED DUE TO PNEUMONIA, TRUCK BREAK DOWN, ETC.
