I had a leak toilet that needed attention, when I tried to shut off the water the shut off valve did not work either causing me to have to shut off the water to the house at the main valve the prior night. I called Buhrle at 9 am the following morning, they had someone there within the hour, diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. This is the third time I have used them and they always have provided excellent service. I have had a couple unpleaseant experiences with plumbers that had "hosed" me in the past I have only the upmost respect and confidence in Matthew and his team. I contnue to feel confident that I can call them and not only will they respond as soon as possible but they will do so at a cost that is reasonable.

Matthew Buhrle did an outstanding job for us. We recently purchased a 70 year old home and needed repair work to toilets, drain pipes and additional drains added to the basement for washing machine. He came in and inspected all of the plumbing and found many problems that the home inspector never noticed. He gave us estimates for all of his work and recommended products and services that matched our budget and needs. He had our best interest in mind at all times. He worked long hours and at the end of each day gave us a detailed report of the work he accomplished and what was to be completed the next day. Mathew is the consumate professional and I would recommend him to anyone for plumbing jobs large or small.

They were great to work with throughout the process. Matt showed up as scheduled to give us an estimate - which was very reasonable - and was able to schedule the work to fit with our timeline. He finished the work as completed and coordinated a follow up inspection with the city inspector. A great experience overall.

They had the best price out of 3 companies that I called. The work was done on time and on budget. The new pump is much quieter than the old one.

Have been working with Matt now over a year. HE is always on time and professional. He knows what he is doing and he doesnt try to sell you something you dont need. Great guy all around. Would not recommend anyone else for plumbing work

They were very responsive to my phone message with return calls and e mail. I asked if we could replace just the tank and not the whole toilet and they found a suitable match. I had another company on your A list not even offer that as an option and tried to sell me on an $800 replacement job.

Called his office and explained job. Requested quote. Called back promptly with estimate. Set appointment and he arrived as scheduled. Suggested his best options for making the under sink plumbing top notch. I agreed and they went about doing a very professional job. Cleaned up everything and even put covers over their shoes to keep things spotless. Very Satisfied.

I found him on Angie’s List subsequent to using him the first couple of times. Mr. Matthew Buhrle is excellent and he has been very responsive to our needs. He is friendly professional and reliable. You can count on his word. He has been outstanding in providing the best of service to me and my family. I would rate him highly. I am going to use him again to replace the shower base.

Matt was right on time, even called ahead same day. He offered to custom cut the vanity we'd purchased because we forgot to notice our old bungalow has unique woodwork at floor level. I couldn't help noticing that Matt frequerntly reached into his own box of disposable rags to keep the whole area clean! He even offered to dispose of the big cardboard boxes for us.

Excellent work, went exactly as anticipated. Matthew and his helper were friendly, professional and efficient. I will call them again the next time I need a plumber.

I wanted a reasonably priced plumber with an excellent rating. I found Buhrle on Angie's list. They told me that it would be seveal days before the work could be done, and gave me an alternative they would recommned for faster service. I used the alternative plumbing company for quick repair on another toilet, but chose to wait for Buhrle for the installation of the new toilet in the master bath area.. I am very pleased with Buhrle's job. I am glad that I waited for them for the installation of the new toilet. Matt Buhrle explained the new Gerber Allerton with low water use, and that it had an inexpensive price. I HAVE BEEN FLOATING on air, since the final price for toilet and installation was within the estimate,and I was given the Angie's discount, and the toilet is just right! Clean and efficient, Matt's work was done in about an hour and a half.

Matt showed up 30 minutes early and walked through all the problems we'd had. He was great about explaining the problems and helped me get a better understanding about how to troubleshoot these things in the future. He also called the manufacturer of the broken garbage disposer and shower and managed to get the shower cartridge covered under warranty -- saved us $50. He fixed everything up in 2 - 3 hours, the quality of his work was superb, and the costs were very reasonable. I've already recommended Burhle to someone at work and would use them again.

I liked the service, very professional and humble. I will provide good reference to him. Our Kitchen Faucet started to drip, the cartridge had to be replaced. With all my energy, I couldn't pull it from the stem. I found Buhrle Plumbing on angieslist.com and requested them to fix the problem. He (Matt) arrived on the schedule on time and replaced the cartridge in no time, some of the parts of the handle had broken, and the person was very kind to replace it free.

I called them about 10 am on a Saturday morning after the conventional means didn't solve the problem. It was a very rainy day. The owner of the company talked me through the situation and gave me a guess as to the estimated cost. He showed up an hour later (pretty good for a saturday on no notice). He was very friendly and wen out of his way to protect the doorways and carpets as he was bringing equipment in and out. Overall, I was very pleased with the work he did.

Very good experience. This is the first time I had used this contractor and got the information from Angie's List. Previous reports were accurate. Matthew Buhrle showed up as previously arranged. Very contientious about doing a very good job. Protected the work area and cleaned up after work was done. Made sure everything was working properly before he left.

He is very good and reasonable. He does a thorough job.

I was SO happy with Mr. Burhle and his services! My boyfriend broke the cold water shower handle over 2 years ago and I have been turning with pliers ever since. I had THREE other plumbers give me an estimate to get it fixed and each told me it would be a major job and cost over $400. Since I am getting ready now to rent the condo out, I had to get it fixed. I got Mr. Burhle's name from the List. He came over as scheduled and fixed this issue for only $127 and in a half hour! How nice to not have to have pliers in the shower with me anymore!

The guys worked quickly and they did a great job it's obvious from looking at the work that they know the "right" way to do plumbing! (Which is not what I started with.)

I called Matt about a toilet he had fixed in January. It was now May and it was making a high-pitch noise when flushing. He was on a job at the time, but said he'd call back that day. He didn't call for two days, which I attributed to a busy schedule. We agreed that he would show up at 3 p.m. May 25 (Friday). I took off from work two hours early. When he didn't show up by 4:20 p.m., I called his cell. He was working on another job and "didn't even know what time it was." He asked if he could come the next day. When I said I was going to be out of town, he said he'd call me back when he was finished with the job he was working on, in about 45 minutes. It is now 17 days later (June 11), and I have still not heard from him. I used Matt before and he was very reliable and honest. His performance this time was completely unprofessional. He failed to show up for an appointment, did not call to tell me, then promised to call within the hour to reschedule only to blow me off completely.

Matt came out to do our estimate and was frank and open about what he saw that would need to be replaced and gave us options as how we would like items replaced. He did not seem to try and push one product over another and would give his opinion when asked but would not try to push or sell one way or another. He was very timely, would show up when he said that he would show up, and put in the time needed to get the job taken care of. He was very clean and always picked up his mess, we NEVER had to clean up after him or his employees that had come by. The best part, we have not had a problem with any of plumbing since the work was done. I would and have hired them again for other smaller jobs (water heater leak) and had the exact same excellent experience. We have used him for other references for things on our house as my wife and I are both newer to the area.

Matthew was very responsive, professional and his prices were very fair, as compared to a previous plumber I had been using. I will definitely call him again.
