He (Merrill) arrived on time, was courteous and professional in what he did. He cleaned everything up before he left and finished in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I found Buhrle Plumbing on Angie's List. I originally chose them because they were a local firm and they had a good rating on Angie's list. I needed a new toilet installed in the master bathroom. I called Buhrle Plumbing and sopke to a very pleasant individual named Jennifer. After I explained what I needed, she gave me a rough estimate over the pone and said that it would probable be less (it was). When I asked when they could do the job, she said that they could probable get it done this afternoon, but she would call one of their plumbers to make sure. About 20 minutes later, Merrill, the plumber who did the work, called back and said that if it was convenient to me, he could be at my house in 10 minutes or less (talk about a quick response). He was very professional and showed concern for the quality of the work he did. He caulked around the base of the toilet; he explained that even though it went on white, it dried clear, so it would not detract from the color of the tile. When he finished, he cleaned up his work area, removing the box and packing material. The experience was very good from start to finish and I plan on using them again in the future. I would recommend them to others.

Merrill had an appointment with me scheduled for 11a.m. He called in advance and asked permission to come early. He didn't just show up. He made sure he wore his shoe covers each time he went in and out of the house. He was professional and showed concern for the quality of work he did. The experience was very good and I would recommend them to others.

We have used Buhrle 3 times now and have had a great experience each time. On this occasion we had installed a new kitchen sink and faucet along with a dishwasher. The kitchen sink needed to go from 2 drains to 1. We thought the job would be easy enough to preform ourselves but when we shut off the valve to first replace the dishwasher it started to leak from behind the shutoff valve. It was an old copper line and at this point I was afraid we would make the situation worse, so we called and talked to Jennifer. We asked for an estimate over the phone to ensure it was reasonable enough that we wouldn't want to tackle the job ourselves. Merrill came out the next day and fixed everything for us including using nearly all the existing parts we had. He cleaned everything up and also didn't mind that my 4 yr old son was nearly standing over him the entire time :)

I have used them multiple times this year. The price is reasonable. The service is A-plus, and what stands out is their quality and timeliness.

Finding the leak in two hours probably saved us $20,000 to $30,000. They are a reliable, professional company. They don't give you any unnecessary services and they are knowledgeable enough to know what to do in a timely manner.

Emailed 4 highly rated plumbers one night. Buhrle was one of two plumbers that responded before noon the next day. Talked to Jennifer in the office and she had Matt call me to answer some questions I had. Merrill and helper showed up as scheduled. Placed a canvas tarp on the small section of wood flooring they had to cross to the basement door. Installed replacement gas water heater and main service shut-off valve. They were tidy and cleaned the work area to a better condition than when they arrived. They cleaned up some sloppy water heater venting left over from when we replaced our furnace, and cleaned up some sloppy plumbing. Very pleased with quality and price of service. Would definitely use again.

Very professional. I did not have time to change the disposal. Their price was affordable and their service was excellent. They saved me from spending the evening under the sink in a bad mood!

He arrived on time. He explained the characteristic of the hot water tank, etc. below he left.

Service and timeliness were excellent. The only problem I have is that the hot stem was put on backwards - have to turn it opposite the normal way to open and close it. Took a little longer than normal to complete repairs as serviceman had to go get a replacement part that he did not have on his truck.

I found them on Angie's List and they were really good. Merrill was the name of the plumber that came and he was really good. I called them in the morning and they said that they didn't know if had anybody and would call me back. They called me back in less than an hour and said that they had a plumber and that he would be on his way. I had faucets that had been put in by a contractor and it kept leaking. I had the contractor out several times and I also had another handyman work on it and he had told me that they would have to break into a wall to get to the fixtures because they work just the way they were put in. Merrill came out and immediately saw what was wrong. The inside of the fixture was a plastic piece and it wouldn't tighten up and so he put in a metal piece on each of the faucets. Then he tightened it up and it got fixed and hasn't been leaking since. He gave me a discount of $20 since I was a first-time customer. He was really professional and did everything I asked him to do. He did it quickly and did it really well. I was so tired about these faucets and had thought that I would try one more person before I decided to break out everything and have some major construction work done but he was able to fix it. I would definitely call him back again. He was excellent and I think that the price was reasonable too.

With the many good reviews, we believe Buhrle Plumbing does excellent work. Unfortunately for us, Matt did not show up to review work and give us a proposal at the date and time scheduled. We had called and spoke with Jennifer on Wednesday, Aug 17 about a plumbing and a gas line job. She called back the next day and said that Matt would be out Monday the 22nd at 5:30pm. We were home but he never showed up or called. We are very busy and didn't take the time to call to find out where the miscommunication was or what happened.

I cannot say enough nice things about Matt Buhrle. He came over and repaired a leaky kitchen sink at for a very reasonable amount. . I have used him on several other occasions, including water heater install, toilet repair, and putting in gas line for a new gas stove. He is personable, honest and organized. He has a website which allows you to start the appointment process which I like to use. His office staff is helpful and good with follow-through. I have given his name to many.

He was very professional and trustworthy. He was careful with our belongings and did exactly what we needed in a very efficient manner. He answered all over our questions and was very friendly.

Tenant called me at 5pm to tell me kitchen sink was backed up. Due to another commitment, I was not able to go over and check out the situation, but I wanted it to get taken care of. I felt a little uncomfortable calling in a plumber without being able to assess the situation myself. I called Buhrle plumbing and they said they could get to the duplex around 7pm. Matt called me on the phone to let me know what work was involved and the approximate cost. I called him back about an hour later to see what was going on. He had already unclogged it and replaced to p-traps for me. In the end, I think Matt did a great job and felt like I didn't get taken advantage of in the situation.

Person on the phone did a great job explaining what was available for us and providing model names to research and even offered her opinions and thoughts. Plumber was on time and very professional and courteous, careful with his shoes and careful of our floors. This is the second time I have had them out to do work for us and I will again.

Matthew did an outstanding job. He used superior quality materials and made sure the job was completed in a way that would make it easy for me to drain the line if necessary. He upgraded the supply line to ensure it wouldn't freeze since it was in my garage. I would strongly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs.

I just bought a house that was witerized incorrectly! I called and told him the situation, he was out here the next morning. We walked though the house showing him all the leaks that I knew of. He gave me a quick pricing for the leaks, which was a great price compared to what I though it would be. So he got started and before I knew it, he had fixed all of the leaks I showed him and we were ready to turn the water on and see if there were more, and there were, but he expertly identified the sources almost immediatly and cut the drywall exactly where it needed to be, I don't know if it was just luck or what, but it was great, so he cut the drywall to get to some pipes but he kept the drywall he cut intact so i didn't need to re-cut new drywall to repair the holes. after the repairs were complete, he cleaned up and gave me the bill, he did a GREAT job, he was very friendly, and the cost was great. I will use him again, and I would reccomend him to anyone needing a plumber.

EXCELLENT from start to finish. Beginning with the call for help, the call taker was very knowledgable and helpful. A time was set up and the technician was there when promised. The situation was assesed quickly, parts were obtained and replaced much faster than expected. The technician was very professional and knowledgable. The work area was kept clean and there was no mess left behind. We will certainly be calling them again.

I spent around $150 on that work. The guy was great. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He owns his own company and does the work himself. He explains everything well. I was very surprised and happy with him.

Plumber came to house and gave me an estimate which was very good. He had time, so I engaged him to do the work right then. Work was completed in 45 minutes. No call-back was required.

Over a period of 1-2 days noticed a puddle of clear water near the base of the commode. Called Buhrle Plumbing, prompt reply reporters to house within 1 hour. Diagnosed problem--a hairline crack in water tank.
