Response from Buhrle Plumbing LLC
We are disappointed that you don’t think highly of our company. I would like to provide some clarification regarding the work we completed. The work was done on February 10, 2014, not April 30 as you have listed. In regards to getting stuck, on that day there was snow and ice on the ground and our plumber was directed by you where to park. You have listed that the job was $350, when it was only $200. Your residence is outside our standard work area, and the minimum charge was communicated to you when you scheduled the job. The reality is that your drain pipes were falling apart when we arrived. In the notes on the schedule it was documented that you did not have a problem with your drains until after you had a bathroom remodel which was done by someone else. It was also documented on the invoice that you signed that our plumber made a recommendation to replace the drain line because your drain lines are in such poor condition.
